We had a pretty good experience here watching the first NFL game of the year. Our food was good, our server was friendly but they were understaffed. We had to wait for most everything, longer than we expected to wait. Overall, we had a good night and we will give it another shot.

Surprisingly good food. Had original wings buffalo hot, wife had original wings Buffalo mild. Shared Lots A Tots as our side. Wings perfectly cooked! Tots crispy even with all the loaded cheese, sour cream, and bacon crumbles. Matched perfectly with the wings.
Atmosphere: if you been to a Hooters, you know the atmosphere.
Taty was a great server that made sure we were taken care of.
Will definitely come back.

I will never go back to this location!!!!!
Wings were so small. The 15 we got had 2 drums. The rest were flats. Not anywhere close to as good as I have had at other Hooters.
We ordered cheese curds but could not respond how they tasted because we never received. And we asked the person that brought to our table.
The waitress was horrible!!!!!!!! It took forever for her to come to table. Took forever for drinks. And never came back to our table except when we flagged her down to ask for check. No refills nothing. Her phone was ringing when she first came to table and then again when she brought drinks. And she was on her cell phone when we saw her again.
We looked for a manager but never saw him/her.
I will be contacting corporate.

First, it was late when we arrived. Our server, Cat was perfect! The food was not the best. We had boneless wings, fries and a chicken sandwich. Chicken was cooked and tender but those fries were so hard! For what we paid, it won’t happen again anytime soon.

We came in and the place was empty other than 3 tables, one guy was already done. We sat there for 15-20 minutes and got up and left. The guy who was done had to get up and go give his payment to the server because she couldn’t even take care of her tables or even speak. The server refused to acknowledge us, not a “hey I’ll be right with yall”, no “what can I get you to drink”, nothing. This was so disappointing because we love the food. The service has gotten so much worse here. As someone who’s been in the restaurant industry for 10 years, this is just unacceptable.

Came tonight following Michael Scott advise.
Overal a nice experience, the girls do what they are paid to do. Probably could wait more than 5 minutes every time they come to ask if we want another beer.
My lemonade was good, buddies beers were good.
The food on the other hand was really random. My burger was overcooked and very small.
Chickens wings very small too.
Fajitas… average.
Didn’t make us want to try for a dessert, even the lime pie seem appealing.

I was craving some wings while driving from Huntsville to Birmingham ️. Since Hooters wings are my all-time fave, it was a no-brainer where to stop. I just had to get my fix! Nothing beats their wings, am I right? I’m so bummed that some of my favorite spots are closing down . It’s tough seeing places I love disappear. Shoutout to Amya, the best waitress ever! She’s always so friendly and on top of things. #SaveOurSpots

It took 25 minutes to get my order taken. Another 20 to 25 minutes to get my small order. It was steady, but not what I would call extremely busy or anything. Then, after the place was pretty much empty, it took 20 minutes or more to get the tab after I asked for it. I was sitting at the bar, only had a coke & 24 buffalo shrimp. The restaurant was clean but not very well staffed. Food was delicious.

Nothing went well during my visit to Hooters. My drink was wrong, I asked for one size they brought me another. The menu item that was on special I was charged full price (buffalo shrimp). The smoked wings I ordered originally they were out of so I ordered boneless wing which took forever to come out. Mind you the waitress was asking me if I wanted my ticket, she thought I had gotten my food. When it finally came out the food was cold, not warn or lightly warm cold. I talked with the manager he apologized for the service and offered the meal on the house. He tried to help but it was too big of an error.
In addition the restaurant is a bit run down and the tables are sticky even went wiped of.
I could not recommend anyone visiting this place. They need to step it up or close.
