This will be the last time I order pizza from this Marco’s location! I had an online order scheduled for pick up at 5:45…arrive at the location, pay for my order at 5:43, and then am told it should be ready in a few minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes, I ask the young girl at the counter if she can check and see how much longer…it becomes apparent quickly that she can’t locate the ticket with my name! After “looking” for a couple of minutes, she then comes back to the counter, and instead of following up with me, proceeds to have a conversation with a delivery driver! I wait for her to finish, and then ask again about my order, to which she tells me they can’t locate it! I said how can you not locate it, when you pulled it up in the computer for me to pay when I arrived, and I’m standing here holding my receipt?! She had no idea! So I said, then I’d like a refund…to which she turns to the man that I’m assuming was the manager on duty, and tells him I want a refund. I guess he’s forgotten that I’m standing within ear shot of him when he says to her, “she can have a refund, but will have to wait, I’m busy”! Last I checked, management should be doing whatever they can to make the situation right!! She comes back to the counter and tells me I can have a refund, but she isn’t able to do it, so if I want one I’ll have to wait!! I was furious at this point! No apology given, not any mention of let me take care of this and expedite your order, and certainly him not walking away from putting pizzas in boxes to get my refund! This is the poorest excuse for a manager I’ve ever seen! As I’m about to address this, a lady that was trying to take charge in the kitchen area asks the “manager” why am I standing at the counter, to which he replies…”she wants a refund”!! But mind you not once has he acknowledged me or the situation! So she instead gives the cashier girl her log in information to process my refund! The cashier then hands me a receipt that reads VOID across it! I asked why it doesn’t say Refund, or Credit Issued..she had no idea, but assured me that the refund had been processed! I spent over 30 minutes inside dealing with all of this and again, not one apology or attempt to make things right! I also witnessed other customers both inside and in the drive thru at this time being completely ignored! Terrible customer service! This is the second time I’ve had this happen with a “lost” order at this location, but the lack of customer service from that manager tonight, was unacceptable and because of that, I will never order from this location again!

I love Marcos- as far as taste goes it is my favorite- I’m weird about sauce and I love theirs. But the customer service is what I love. It is above and beyond; I literally ordered from the wrong place had it sent to my job and I am at home. When I realized my mistake they fixed it. I had the order mixed up and they just called the closest store and had them deliver the pizza to the right place. All I want to say is just call the store to get your pizza delivered- the app is not user friendly. But the people there are. I will use the Robinson and Hewitt drive location exclusively. They are just good people that want to help you eat! Thank you for all the behind the scenes work that was done to fix MY MISTAKE. Thank you!

So I walked into this pizza place, Marco’s Pizza. You get hit with that delicious smell of pizza pies. This is my first time ever ordering from marco’s pizza. The gentleman at the counter, Hunter, is the General Manager. He runs this fine fine establishment. So I know that I am in good hands and about to be taken care of. So I take a slow gaze up at the pictures of the pizzas trying to figure out what i’m going to select. Bezz believe I can’t just pick it off the wall and leave it alone. I’m gonna have to add something to it, a little bit of love. My eyes glaze over and move slowly across the different choices that I have. Till finally, I see White Cheezy. It was stunning like that rare white tiger. It’s almost like it called out to my soul. I had to have it. Bacon, onions, sliced roma tomatoes, a white sauce that i’m told is like a garlic butter spread and three fresh cheeses blended together into what they call their signature cheese blend, plus feta cheese crumbles. I looked over all their ingredients to see what else I could spice it up with. I slapped on spinach and
cheddar cheese. I had garlic butter on the crust with Romesan (Romano and parm mixed)
Mean that this is the south and that i’m in Texas….. I had to go big or go home. Everything’s bigger in texas! So, of course, I went with the XL 16-inch 12 slices.
I was told ten to fifteen minutes…..
I came back ask for the pizza pie. The order deluxe for Robert. Hunter handed me that hot hot box heavy heavy heavy. When I opened up the lid, it was like the clouds parted and golden rays of light came out from heaven. I had a piece of this pizza in my hand before I even got in my ford explorer. One byte then two bytes….. That’s when I knew this pizza is the best pizza. I’ve ever had this pizza should be illegal in 45 out of 50states. If you live out this way and this pizza joint is in your neighborhood, I am jealous. If you don’t live near here, grab your girlfriend, get in the vehicle, take a joy ride and come order a pizza from Hunter

I ordered a thin crust pepperoni with honey that was on special. I got a regular crust instead. Also I wasn’t offended any Parmesan cheese or pepper flakes. Plus, when I got home the seat of my truck had honey on it and I don’t mean a small amount! If you order this I don’t suggest it be as a takeout!

I have loved Marcos and ate here often. The last 3 visits have been horrible. After the first horrible experience, the manager did reach out to fix the issue. The second came when I placed the pizza for pick up and tried picking it up. The same thing happened in my first experience when they could not find my order. Eventually they found it and told me I could not place the credit the manager gave me because the order was placed online. I told him the manager said I could order online and use the credit. He said he had to speak with the manager. About 10 minutes later he returned and asked if I wanted to use the full credit or half the credit. I said I just wanted the pizza, please. Finally, it was brought to me. These 2 visits happened at the end of Dec and the beginning of Jan. Now that it was over a month later, I decided to try again. My job gave us coupons for Marcos. My friend wanted a pizza too, so I placed 2 orders for us to pay separately. When I arrived to pick up the pizza I was informed they would not accept the coupon because I placed 2 orders. I said I didn’t plan to use the coupon but on 1 order, my friend was paying for the other. The guy acted frustrated with me so I left. While I enjoyed Marcos since the 1st location opened in Hewitt, I will not be returning to the one on Ritchie Road. I’ll make the trip to the other Marcos instead.

Ordering was a breeze. Updated through email quickly processed my order. Delivery was earlier than expected and my driver was excellent. Food nice and hot, pizza and wings hands down the best around. Marco’s off Ritchie Rd in Hewitt TX highly recommended.

I’ve been getting pizza here for a few weeks now, usually very good and have never had a problem. However today the pizza I had ordered had a disgusting, metallic, rubbery taste to it, almost made me vomit. My whole family tasted it too and we had to throw it out due to how potent it was, I am hoping none of us get sick from it. Incredibly disappointing, I’ll be very wary if I ever decide to order here again.
