I want to be as honest on this review as I am on all my other reviews. My first time here i was excited as we were about to have shakes and burgers for dinner after a long day of work in town here.
We walk in and notice theres no one to take your order so its all done on a kiosk. Not a big fan of those. In my opinion you cant put that you’d like your burger cooked a little extra.
Anyways I wave over what looks like the manager and he said “may I help you, I said yes this is our first time here who takes our order. He points to the kiosk and said to order over there and walked away. RED FLAG ALREADY.
I thought he would be more friendly and helpful as a first time customer and say well , welcome to Shake shake if you need any help let me know or tell us of any specials.
So we grabbed a number took it to the table and when it finally came it looked incredible, till half way through we both realized our burgers were raw as seen in my photos. Mind you $43 for burgers 2 fries, and 2 drinks and worked hard all day in was not happy.
Took it to the same person the manager and he said , oh wow yeah that looks medium raw.
If I get a response from my review its most likely going to say sorry about my experience hope to see you again next time. Never a solution or a gift card to replace both dinners.
So thats my story and good luck to those who enjoy raw meat.

I went after lunch time there is so dirty on every table and floor. I ordered from kiosk it was so easy.Chicken sandwich is so good than I expected.I never chicken sandwich here before.For the dubai chocolate shake it was great .in my opinion vanilla ice cream in shake it was too sweet.

Been to shake shack a handful of times. The food is fresh but I was pleasantly surprised with the chicken sandwich, very tasty. The Parmesan fries were good but the cheese fries leave a lot to be desired. American cheese on cheese fries is crazy work

I got a grilled cheese that looked amazing on the menu but when it came out it was smaller then the card I paid for it on. The Cheeseburger my friend got had a larger tomato then the actual bun and the double patties tasted like the dirt I wiped off of my shoe on the way in. I got the new chocolate that tasted fine but not worth the price. $50 for a chocolate shake, a grilled cheese the size of a half dollar, and a cheese burger that not even SpongeBob SquarePants would serve. The staff was cool though, they said a nice goodnight on my way out. Great Staff, terrible food. I think my dog would get sick eating from there.

I’m extremely disappointed with our recent visit to this Shake Shack location. Shortly after eating a burger with bacon and pickled peppers, my girlfriend became severely nauseous and started vomiting within an hour. Whether it was improper food handling or storage, something clearly wasn’t right.
What made the experience even more concerning was the overall cleanliness of the facility. The bathrooms were dirty, multiple things were out of order, and the level of sanitation did not reflect what you’d expect from a restaurant that should be held to high health standards. Cleanliness in visible areas often reflects what’s happening behind the scenes, and that’s worrying.
Many restaurants in this area do an excellent job maintaining proper health and safety standards, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We will not be returning to this location.
Very upsetting and not worth the risk.

I gave four stars only because pricing is similar to Five Guys. The food came out fairly fast and was good, the burger was seasoned nicely, not too bland or salty. The fries were crispy and hot all the way through. I also received a free shake with my order. I’m guessing the reason was for my first time eating there but, the shake was also good. I’d def recommend for a quick bite with friends or casual date. Staff was nice and pleasant. Clean establishment overall. I will return to try other items served.

Root beer float did not taste right. The pomegranate drink was funky too. They forgot the tomato on the chicken sandwich. The burger was good. It was clean. We would not return there.

Pretty let down with the lunch we had. The chicken bites were overcooked – hard and dry. The spicy burger was just hot to be hot – not to taste good. The bacon avocado burger had no sauce on it, and both the patty and the bacon were limp. The chocolate shake was average. The fries did come put hot and crispy. And the cheesy fries are worth the the little bit extra. The kiwi apple Lemonade is punch you in the mouth tart but in a good way. And the root beer was enjoyable.
The parking lot is plenty big. The guy that took our order was polite and attentive. The rest of the staff didn’t seem to want to be there. The bathrooms are moderately clean but just barely. Probably wouldn’t go out of my way to go again.

Food was yummy, but the customer service was above and beyond. It was a busy Saturday just before Christmas and I asked for my order to be taken because I loathe those kiosks. I was ready for attitude, but was so happy when she said she would love to help me. Shake Shack was never really my go to, but now they are the top of my list!
