Good lunch stop as we were driving through the area. Staff was attentive and friendly. Restaurant was clean & tidy. Our food was cooked perfectly. The salad and the steak had a tiny bit of heat because they both had avocado & pico de gallo. Salad was fresh and the steak was cooked to the diners requested. The loaded mac & cheese was eye-rolling delicious.

Stopped in after a day of skiing at Winter Place. Food was great, service was amazing. Staff was super friendly. Ask for Joe, our drinks were never empty, and his service was excellent.

I hadn’t been to a Chili’s in forever, so I decided after hitting the slopes, we would give it a try.
The food was decent, about what you would expect from this type if chain restaurant. The kid was happy, and he isn’t exactly easy to please (no offense to the many other fine restaurants out there he doesn’t like for one reason or another).
The triple dip appetizer seems like a pretty good deal (compared to buying individual ones). I will say I’m not a huge fan of the cheese sticks…which are more like cheese loafs. Finger food should be finger food. Also didn’t love the breading, but appreciated the hot Nashville ones as unique.
The service was good, and the waiter attentive.

My fiancé and I went on a date night. The night was rough the wait time, you have to push to get a seat. ( it wasnt a holiday) Im sure my daughter can cook chicken nuggets better than the steak I received the first time. I asked for rare, I received blue steak if you know you. Then my partner informed the waiter he didnt want lettuce on or around the burger. The guy brings out a basket full of lettuce underneath the sandwich. Maybe write it down next time. It might last longer… Now we both have to wait even longer. 15 mints goes by, woman brings my food it was ok. No bigger than palm of my hand. Unfortunately the sandwich they brought him was now cold. We really just wanted to leave by this point! The guy was nice enough to take off some but still left empty both ways. Stomach and wallet. We won’t be coming back to this location!

Our server, Annabelle, was excellent, couldn’t have been better. The steak was juicy and cooked perfectly. The appetizers, especially the chipotle mozzarella was the best. We will definitely be back.

Went to dinner on New Year’s Eve 2025. I have to say the Waiter was the best his name was Joseph, in Princeton WV so if you get a chance have him be your server! I do not know him personally but he was so Kind and I never had To ask for a thing! He kept the glasses full, we ordered a loaded fry appetizer, when it came he said He didn’t feel it was Enough so he put in another order and wasn’t even charged for it. He bought boxes to the table and we didn’t even have to ask. Outstanding Service!! Thank You Joseph!!

Some shady stuff is going on here. 1st time we have ever been and the food was pretty good and our server was really friendly. Only issue was the table behind us had an absent mother who didn’t know how to control her kid. After dealing with a screaming kid and he kept trying to crawl over the booth into ours while drool and vomiting on the seat for 45mins. We asked nicely for the woman to control her kid and she proclaimed that it was none of our business and that he was 2 years. Then demand the manager come out, here comes the strange part. The manager just stood there and took no position while we had the entire bar of 3pm drunks berate us that we were being cruel to a mother for no reason. The manager never said a word but when we call them drunks that’s when he steps in saying he wasn’t having any of it. Then the woman and her husband took off without paying and when the bartender called it out they havnt paid, one of the random bar goers paid for there’s while still berating us like we were the bad people in that scenario. Feels like the manager had an internal bias for those in there and refused to take any action that would “offend” the regulars. Not to mention one of the regulars was clearly going around and offering for people to come back to his place to “party” and “hang out”. And we all know what that’s code for in WV and it feels like Chili’s management is complicit.
Avoid this place especially the bar area.

Quick service. Faster food. Tasted great. Annabelle was fantastic. The manager stopped over to inquire about service. There were 6 different football games being shown in the bar area.

Stopped in for lunch, was clean, people were very nice and food was good. Got the Mushroom burger, grilled chicken avacado and trio appetizer. All was tasty, quick service from ordering to table. The manager was very pleasant and checked on takes several times. Will be back again when coming through.
