Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered thru the app for 3 whopper meals and a kids meal, not super hard. Apparently it was as we waited 30 minutes. During that time, one employee went out to smoke weed and came back in super high. She then proceeded to say that our order was a big one? Then another employee got a visit from his kid and then was outside on his phone. The food was okay, but I am not sure if BK has switched to a lower quality beef because 2 out of 3 whoppers had something hard (bone or cartilage maybe?) either way….. definitely recommend avoiding this location.

We waited in the drive thru for about an hour. It was about 6 cars ahead of us. When we finally got to the window the worker did not greet us. He just looked out at the cars behind me, and closed the window back. Our order was prepared wrong. Won’t be back.

Took 20 minutes to get a cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich. Was quite literally a car in the drive-thru. They work at a snails pace and are generally not mindful of anyone’s time. Completely do not recommend coming here.

We went through the drive through and the wait was long. The person taking our ordered seemed irritated. We got to the window and the employees were rude and cursing at the window. The food wasnt hot. Will not be back.

Horrible service!!
Sat in the drive thru for 30+ minutes to have half my meal missing. When we called to ask for a refund or our burger. They told up to come back tomorrow. Mean while this was dinner for the night.

We used the drive-thru this time. The line was moderately slow. The little kid (who was with us) didn’t figure out what he wanted on time so once we got to the speaker the lady in the other side was polite and gave us some extra time to decide. From my order, the fries were good, the whopper Jr should have had a little more tomato and onion plus it was a little bit cold (I’m guessing they made it before we got there and I ordered it), and my sprite was a little more watery than it should have. The staff was fast and served us very diligently so hands up for that. Here some pictures from some food items we ordered:

If i could do less than 1 star I would. 3 mouth breathers inside. I ordered. Waited 30 minutes in line. They gave me the wrong food after I finally just had tto get their attention through the window and ask. I finally get the right food. Its cold. Wet. And pretty much just a burger and mayo. Will never return. Advise everyone else to do the same

Been here many times. Service and food are solid. They do get busy at times so service may be a bit slow but the food still comes out good.
