If I could give 0 stars I would. Night shift gave me all 4 piece nuggets when I ordered 4 counts of the 6 piece nuggets. Checked my spicy McCrispy and they put 2 hot n spicys in instead. Not even fresh either they tasted like they were hours old. Thanks for stealing my money.

Genuinely suck at their job honestly. I order food online and my dasher gets there and it’s not made. They said that it’s cuz their breakfast starts at 4am. I ordered my “dinner” food at 3am. I call and ask about it and they claim they never got the order. And then another dasher goes to get it and I have to explain to this poor woman that they can’t do their job correctly. A while ago all I ordered was an orange juice and it was just water that was colored orange basically. No flavor whatsoever. And on the app I was using it said that breakfast doesn’t start until 5am so either way get your stuff fixed or figure something out.

The only reason I gave two stars because the morning crew is incredible. I was just there and your night crew is literally terrible with customer service. My Apple pie was literally cold and when I asked for ketchup, he gave me one packet of ketchup. Customer service needs lots of help and food quality as well

Service was fast and the food was hot. My only complaint was the puddle of water around the soda machine which had black mold growing. Makes you question how clean the soda machine really is. The men’s bathroom could use a deep clean.

Whoever is working the drive through right now (Tuesday, Feb 10th,12:50 am) needs a serious discussion or termination.
I came here tonight because I was obviously hungry. After a long shift I just wanted some food. Usually, the people working nights like this are really nice.
I pull up to the window, trying to figure out my app (I wanted to use points but it wouldn’t allow me to) and then the worker asks what I would like to order. I ask him if I could have a moment, everything up until this point was fine. After just a minute or two, another car pulls behind me. The worker then tells me that I’m holding up the line.
I go to the first window and it’s the same guy. He was very rude. Didn’t seem welcoming or kind whatsoever. Spoke clearly and had to repeat myself multiple times.
If this is the kind of employee you want to work at your store, consider this a customer gone.
I will no longer come to this place. That customer deserves disciplinary action immediately. Absolutely outrageous and upsetting. Hopefully he didn’t do anything to my food…

Today I had to wait for an hour for an order. There were many others also waiting just as long. The employees were receiving orders left, right, up and down! It was madness and semi chaotic. The main thing I want to point out though, is that the employees didn’t give up and no one had an attitude or showed frustration with the customers. You can tell they were trying their best to keep up. I bet they were under a tremendous amount of pressure but they kept their composure and stayed friendly. They should definitely get some kind of praise.

Got the manager on film eating foodNd texting on her phone on the bagging line, I confronted the ASsitant manager and told them she should not be handling food if she is eating her own meal let alone handling her germ contaminated cell phone. at the pass. As a chef this is absolutely atrocious. Breaking health code policy and food standards in the state of Utah. She then threw her food wrapper at me and also said they spit in the soda. All of this caught on your security cameras as well. I will be reporting you to the health department. And McDonald’s corporate. As an employee and manager three trash at me I will be looking into legal action. Absolutely unacceptable. FIRE HER

The manager was very helpful and noticed things that any other manager would not have. Because of this he was able to help me out. Five stars for that. I should have gotten his name because he deserves a raise.
This is the second review, the place was pretty dirty. Check the pictures and you can see the garage everywhere. The lady at the counter had a hard time understanding and getting us water cups. Food is still good, however their deluxe chicken sandwich could use some work. It was like the spicyness was on one side of the sandwich . but customer service and maintenance needs some work.
The playground appeared to be much cleaner.

Terrible experience tonight. The staff acted like serving me was a massive inconvenience, and the food was even worse. My cheeseburgers were burnt black and dry—no condiments, no care. Super expensive now, which means the quality should reflect the price. It does not. Ordered a number 4 and my chicken is burned, no tomato, no mayo, no nothing but a dry sandwich. The workers don’t ask the right questions to ensure the meal(the customer expects) meets requirements. For this price, we can go sit in a restaurant and eat fresher food. I was blown away at the cost, especially considering the food is crap.
