This Cava location is fantastic! I had such a great experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Shay, the manager. She was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect.
Beyond the excellent management, the staff here are on point—they were super fast at getting my order out and keep the whole place squeaky clean. It’s refreshing to see a restaurant where everyone is working so efficiently and diligently.
If you’re looking for delicious food served quickly in a clean environment, definitely stop by this Cava! Shay and the team are doing an amazing job. Highly recommend!

In short? The employee (who if in Subway would be called an artist) was clearly disappointed with my lack of familiarity with the menu. From exasperated sighs to eye rolls, she was the worst and it really low-key ruined the whole experience. I was with my wife and daughter and had just left a great church service; so I didn’t come in with an attitude, you know? Anyways, the food is fresh and unique and well seasoned. The dining room was freezing and most tables dirty. It had been a year or so since I’d been and it will be twice that before I go back. I think you’re safe to go, though, no way that employee will still be there by the time you get there.

The food at this location almost seems better than the other locations! I think that one reason why is because the crew here makes sure that your experience is a good one! Especially Jordan. He has gone above and beyond several times to make my experience great.

Understaffed I guess, because there was only one person ant the front. Instead of getting refills of the ingredients, we got the puny spoonful of the bottom of the bucket for most ingredients of the bowl. The bowl is barely halfway full. I would have rather waited for them to refill the ingredients than just getting crumbs.
Then almost forgot our pitas. We ended up going back to the counter for them, but still. There was only one person working the front, so I’m not mad at the person or anything, just a little frustrating as a customer paying full price and getting half.
Also I got called both “ma’am” and “sir” by the employee. My fiancé did too. Maybe just leave the titles off if you are going to get them jumbled lol. Again not mad, just odd. The worker was probably tired.

The food always tastes fresh and delicious here, and the staff is always so welcoming. I love how they have an array of sauces to choose from to accompany your meal – the harissa in particular is my favorite! It’s a great place to grab a bite to eat. At times the line can be long, so if you are trying to eat at a very popular time, I suggest ordering online ahead of time! I used to love Zoe’s Kitchen, and when CAVA acquired them, I was a bit disappointed in the beginning… now I’m grateful for CAVA 🙂

This is just one of a few Cava’s in Huntsville but always my favourite. The staff, management team and cleanliness of the place surpasses many other restaurants. The food is always fresh, tasty and filling. I have had countless meals here at this particular restaurant and always bring friends and family visiting from England who always say ‘i wish there was one in the UK’

Hands down the best CAVA experience I’ve ever had. The food was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor—every ingredient tasted intentional. The bowl was loaded, balanced, and satisfying in every bite. The staff was on point—friendly, efficient, and clearly take pride in what they do. From the first bite to the last, this meal delivered. This location raised the bar, and I’ll be coming back without a doubt. If you want a high-quality, flavorful, and feel-good meal, this is where you need to go. 10/10.

First time eating here. Should have taken photos before starting to eat but didn’t think of it. I added a full second serving of protein to a traditional Greek wrap, that I had them make as a bowl. Very good food. Staff was helpful and patient. Price was a little high @ $41 for two combos but not unreasonable.

First time going to this restaurant. Employees working up front didn’t seem happy. No smiling. No greeting. I ordered chicken and rice bowl and the rice was badly undercooked. Some pieces were hard as a rock. Ive never been to a restaurant where it was almost like it was never cooked. They were also out of forks at the main station.
