I got two cheeseburgers where lady literally repeated back the order and it still came out incorrect; and, disgustingly enough the bun was old to where it turned to dust. If wanted I wanted to see dust I would have watched the avengers end game movie. It’s always the night shift. The meat was like chewing the hide off of a freaking cow.

Disappointed. Ordered everything on the monopoly menu. First received the wrong size fry. Burger was correct but am missing my monopoly pieces between the burger box and the wrong size fry received. I ordered from monopoly menu never got either pieces… quarter pounder and large fries. Got wrong size fries but got quarter pounder. Monopoly was missing from both. Could have went somewhere better. The staff was friendly. Only ordered for the pieces. Staff was great, but spent money for the pieces and but didn’t get shit. Didn’t notice all the missing pieces till after i left. For what i paid I’d rather have went elsewhere. Especially if i am getting shafted. Also never got my receipt but i ordered through the app

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s today. The store manager, Juana, was unprofessional and dismissive. I asked for a hot coffee with extra whipped cream. Since McDonald’s policy doesn’t allow serving hot drinks without a lid—and the lid usually flattens the whipped cream—other McDonald’s locations have always accommodated me by putting the whipped cream in a separate cup for an extra charge.

When I asked for the same here, Juana refused, even after I offered to pay for it. When I explained that other stores do this all the time, she replied, “Yes, all the other stores—but not us.” That response felt rude and unhelpful.

If McDonald’s can give a cup of water for free, it doesn’t make sense that I couldn’t pay for a small cup of whipped cream.
Instead of trying to resolve the situation, Juana seemed more focused on proving her point in front of her team.

Customer service should be about finding solutions, not telling customers to go to another store. Very disappointing experience with this manager’s attitude.

Your staff are really friendly, welcoming, and prompt with getting my orders to me. Really nice store environment, and always clean. Your goodies great, and your mobile app is really easy to use (ordering several ways and hood deals and rewards).

The food is what you expect, order pick up is very slow . I will give you an example, you make an online order for pickup , you get there , give them the App code , pull up to the second window , they hand you the drinks , 5 minutes later they open the window and ask you what was your order ? Bear in mind it was 11:00 pm at night and one other car behind me .

I love the idea of fast food sometimes, its quick, and mostly inexpensive. Today I decided to try the new crispy bacon deluxe with the gold sauce. Its McDonalds, so I didn’t go in with the highest expectations to begin with. When I bit into the chicken sandwich, it was like biting in to the cartilage part of a chicken drumstick. GROSS. The whole patty (or whatever you want to call it) was like that. I had to take it back, I couldn’t see losing over $11. I’m usually not that person. However, the manager that was on duty fully refunded my money and was very kind about the whole thing. I hope that this is a one time thing, and that it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Out of all of this, the manager was great and understanding. I can’t say ill be back soon (I’m still grossed out) but I appreciate the kindness today.

There’s absolutely no excuse to be serving your customers old cold fries especially during a lunch rush. When did you make them at 11:00 a.m. for 12:00 p.m.? Just horrible the fries were soggy and cold and very old. Not to mention I didn’t get any napkins at all with my order.

Just got through going through the drive-through ordered and the intercom got to the window to pay. They said we don’t have your order. What did you order after? I waited 10 minutes in line and they wonder why AI is going to replace all these people lol so I just left mind you I talked to somebody on the intercom and ordered my breakfast
