I do love Popeyes ,Food is always great, Just be sure you check your order before you leave, numerous times I have been there with online orders and get back to work and somethings missing. We spent $6.09 on a large red beans and rice extra and did not put it in the bag. can’t go back due to work and was on lunch so I’ll just have to pick up later. The gentleman Cashier was super friendly.

The food is alright. You have to make sure you get all of your things before you leave. My main peave though is the parking situation. It’s always a long line for the drive thru. And that line cuts through the parking lot, making it difficult to even get to a parking spot, let alone if you even get into one, good luck getting out.. I think the stores location would be way better somewhere, where it has more room..

Didnt get my food got someone elses. Had to repeat 3 times what kind of sauce i wanted. And by the time i got to the window my drink was watered down. 5 employees were out back passing around a blunt and not doing shit to help with the line. I sat in line for close to 45 minutes.

It really makes no sense!!!!!!
We ordered 4 meals alike. One with mashed potatoes, one with fries, and two with red beans and rice. Plus a 3 piece tenders only. 3 of the same drinks and one different. Ofcourse in Popeyes fashion they get something wrong. Gave us 2 potatoes and 2 red beans. No fries. Smh. Why Popeyes??? Why can’t they get a simple order right? The woman who took the order repeated it back twice and printed it on the ticket right. Still someone packed it wrong. Please people read and slow down just a little. The lines are too long to go back through. And the dining rooms are closed. You have one chance to leave your customers happy with what they ordered and paid for. Have a nice day!

Last time I went my chicken was undercooked. It was pushing close (30 min til) but I turned back and they tried to just replace the chicken. Imo they should replace the meal so you don’t have cold sides and hot chicken. I ended up getting my order replaced after asking and they forgot one of my sides. So I turned around again and it was about 10 min to close and they tried to ignore me when I came through again. I went through the drivethru and had to go around and knock on the window (yeah I should have checked but really they should have just got it right from the beginning). Considering none of this was my fault and also considering it was still 10 min before close I shouldn’t have had to do that. I really wanna give it negative 1 star but I’m doing 2 for now only because this isn’t a issue I had before or since that time.

It had been closed for renovations. Looks great. Almost new. Service not good. My chicken was bad. Over cooked. More skin than meat. Sides were great.

II’m a very loyal customer to Popeyes because it’s my favorite. I normally don’t write reviews but I had to. My last 3 visits have been horrible the food is never fresh and doesn’t taste the same at the Pascagoula location. The last straw was 4/27 I ordered the $9 5 piecs special spicy and was told by the manager that I couldn’t get it that way despite it being a choice on the kiosk when I ordered. She stated that that location sells a lot of dark meat and needed to at least get 1 breast. When I got home the chicken they gave me was the oldest and least fresh that I ever received including the previous two which were awful. I will ride to Ocean Springs or Diberville before I eat there again and I go there often smh. *you replied but maybe it’s just a robot but the way I ordered had nothing to do with it. Ordering from the app wouldn’t fix old chicken smh
