Met a friend at Applebee’s in Bellevue and baby… the service was on vacation.
We sat for 11 minutes before our server graced us with her presence to take drink orders. Not rude exactly… just aggressively unhelpful. “Nope.” “Ain’t got that.” “Can not do.”
At some point I started wondering if we were playing a game called Guess What We Actually Have.
App came out… and so did our server’s disappearing act. We didn’t see her again. Not once. No refill. No check-in. No “how’s everything?” We were there an HOUR and finally had to flag down the host just to pay and escape.
Food? Fine. Predictable. Little overdone but Applebee’s doing Applebee’s things.
Service? If invisibility were an Olympic sport, we’d have front row seats.
Totally not worth it.

When BWs across the street failed and we walked out, we went on over to this location. Spotlessly clean. Excellent service, and all four of us enjoyed our meals. The greeter got us right to a table and the waitress was over the top on checking in and taking care of us. I don’t frequentApplebee’s, and rarely get to this location, but after our great experience yesterday, I will recommend to friends and be back myself when in the neighborhood. Very well done!!!

My husband and I love coming here because of how friendly and welcoming Stormy is as a manager. We love sitting at the bar because Ryan knows exactly what we want to drink before we ask. We were going to a competitor and I can say because of these 2 fabulous employees here we will continue coming here.

I never order apple steaks as they’re not meant for steak but their appetizers are where it’s at! I went to this location months ago and loved it. More dead than west Omaha but still good food and service. Was nice being able to eat in peace.

The food was ok, I ordered the Parmesan chicken Alfredo,which wasn’t to bad but could have been a little better but overall not a bad experience. Also, on Wednesdays kids eat for 99¢ which comes in handy for sure. All 6 of us are for $30 which was great!

I got off of work and my girlfriend wanted to get a quick bite to eat so we headed down to Applebees for a quick casual bite an hour before close. The host/our server Chris was fantastic from start to finish. Extremely polite, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Would come back to this location based on service alone! Thanks Chris!

Going out for dinner is supposed to be a treat, this was not. We went on a Sunday night and it wasn’t busy at all. Ordered drinks Pepsi, water and a beer. I asked for a mug for the beer. Didn’t get mug or water. Devin B took our order and said they were out of broccoli because of the broccoli shortage????? Took a very long time to get our meals, we even ask another worker to check on it because our server was hanging out at the bar, not sure what he was doing. My steak was over cooked but I didn’t want to send it back because the table behind us had done this twice and had to wait an extra 20 minutes to get his meal. His wife was done eating by the time he got his meal. Devin forgot our salad and we had ordered waffle fries but got mashed potatoes. We won’t be back. I think some more training is needed. And the manager should be available and looking out for customers also.

WORST SUNDAY NIGHT MANAGER EVER!
Ordered the Blackened Shrimp Alfredo, got Shrimp Alfredo Penne with Broccoli.
WEBSITE SAYS NOTHING ABOUT BROCCOLI.
Called and spoke to a manager who did her best to spin the overlook of disaster meal.
I explained that the Website HAS NO REFERENCE to Broccoli and She said she NEVER ORDERS from the website.
Also made almost no apology about being out of Fettuccine noodles, just allowed the order to go out WITHOUT contacting me to see if that would be acceptable.
Last time I had this horrible of an experience with this Applebee’s, I had not dined there for nearly 10 years.
