Welcome to Black Honey Hashery; nestled alongside the Fox River State Recreational Trail on Honey Court in East De Pere. Some time ago, circa 1960, a Honey House stood in this very location. In 2017 we set out to revitalize our little spot at 1104 Honey Court, bringing to life our dream of a Brunch Restaurant/Coffee House hybrid. Lunch for breakfast OR breakfast for lunch, we like to call it “Brunch All Day”. Dine-In or Drive-Thru & if the weather is nice the outdoor patio will be open. Came in on a Sunday morning after a late night of gaming. I’m a sucker for hash, so the name was immediately appealing. The experience did not disappoint.
The corned beef hash was delightful. Large chunks of lean corned beef and lightly crisped potatoes. A solid 50/50 meat to potato ratio which is on the meatier end of hashes I’ve had. Excellent overall.
My breakfast companion had a ham and cheese omelet and described it as “excellent”.
Despite being incredibly busy, the waitress checked in regularly and kept the coffee mugs full.
My only complaint (if you can call it such) is that there could be more hash options!
10/10 I will be back.

Our waitress was wonderful. Friendly and funny and very attentive. And the food was yummy. I was there for a work meeting. We could talk and eat and enjoy the place. It wasn’t loud or distracting. This was a first time for me, but I will return.

Best breakfast place in town and I have tried them all. Whether it be sweet or salty, it’s all amazing. My favorites include the Hot Brown, Country Fried Steak, Stuffed Berry Bliss French Toast, Reuben. Coffee is top notch. (Collectivo)

My wife and I stayed the night in De Pere and wanted to have breakfast before we headed back home. We Googled restaurant near us and read the reviews so decided to head here. We arrived early enough that we were able to get a table without waiting. The food is so fresh and delicious. The employees were very friendly and attentive. The food came out quick, hot and it was an amazing meal we both had. We definitely recommend anyone in the area to head to Black Honey Hashery for a great meal and friendly staff. We will definitely be going back whenever we are back up in the Green Bay Area

Cute little place! Very friendly staff. Establishment was very clean and tidy. Out the back door there are a few bird houses.
As for the food. The portions are large.
Biscuits and gravy were great. The biscuits are a garlic cheddar which adds a nice twist to a traditional dish. Eggs were done perfectly. The house breakfast potatoes were crispy yet moist.
My wife got the blueberry waffle special of the day. Waffle Thad the perfect amount of crisp. Toppings tasted very fresh.

I loved the berry French toast they had. I also enjoyed the honey latte they served. My sister really liked pistachio mocha and got one to take out later. My brother really enjoyed yesterday biscuits and gravy, too. I recommend visiting this place for breakfast. They do have lunch meals, too.
