Absolutely terrible experience.. Went there for a kind of date night and we were both in awe of how poorly our experience was. We were sat in a cold booth right next to the door, with no other customers around which ment we waited for absolutely everything. At one point we needed salt and we had to go track someone down after waiting 10 min while our food got cold. Food was cold fries were absolutely old. Absolutely do not recommend under and circumstance and heck no, I wouldn’t go back if it was free.

Chills is always a good choice! The food is fresh, flavorful, and comes out hot every time. I love the relaxed atmosphere — it’s perfect for hanging out with friends or having a casual meal. The service is friendly and quick, and the portions are really good. Definitely one of my go-to spots!

Completely hit-or-miss. Had a fantastic burger (to-go) a few weeks ago, cooked well, great fries, everything. Tonight, I had the exact same order to-go and discovered after a few bites that the burger was completely raw inside. Not even medium — raw. (Also, less importantly, I would suggest packaging the tortilla strips for soup separately instead of adding them at the time of packaging because they become mush.)

Just last light we placed an order for carry out. We ended up taking a bit longer than expected and the store was closed before we got there. When we called, I believe he was the manager (Steve) real cool guy, answered the phone, we explained we were on the way and he was very understanding and accommodating, he had us call the store once we arrived and ran our food out to us. You hardly see that type of service. Will definitely always be back to this location. Steve needs a raise!

My fiancé ordered a surf & turf meal for me and I was VERY displeased with the food I received via Grubhub for starters I got shrimp but like 9 pieces and I’m not sure if that is the correct amount to get but it felt like there should have been more well I dealt with that and continued on to the steak which I order medium well I’m eating a bit in the dark and it seems a bit chewy than what I’m use to so I take it to the kitchen turn on the light and boom a flat out raw steak I was going to contact the Rochester location which is where my fiancé ordered the meal from but they were closed we had trouble with this location in the past and the last time she called the manager said he was going to email her a coupon of some sort (didn’t really go into detail what the coupon was going to cover) and that we would receive it in a few days weeks went by and nothing ever came now this is 2 days later and I’m not going to stand for it someone needs to be held responsible & I deserve some compensation

Wanted to have a nice quick dinner be in and out. Me and my friend stood there for 15 minutes at the host stand while at least four employees acknowledged us. Nobody came to seat us just kept looking at us then walking back in the kitchen. This is ridiculous. It was 10:30pm you are open till 11pm on Friday nights just do better.

Every bite of my rib eye steak had gloss of fat in it. The mash potatoes were very dry. I can tell that they only had young people cooking. The food was not cooked with love. You can literally taste no love in the food. I spent $406 on my guest, but never again will I go there unless they tell me they can do better. Very disappointed

My server was Brianna and she was excellent, she was very nice, attentive, and helpful. She didn’t rush us to eat and get out like most servers, as long as she works here I will come back. The other servers who brought out the food were very friendly and professional as well. This establishment is one of the top in Michigan keep up the great work!

I had a great experience at Chili’s thanks to the manager, Melvin. I was having some trouble with a payment issue on the Ziosk, and he came over right away to help. Melvin was patient, friendly, and made sure everything got sorted out quickly. It really made the visit a lot less stressful. Big shout-out to Melvin for the excellent service!
