typically I have a good experience at this location but today was different. I walked in behind another customer and the second cashier decided to turn her back on me to play on her phone. a gentleman in the kitchen looked at her to tell her “there’s a customer standing behind you.” but by that time it was too late and I didn’t want to be serviced by her. I’ve attached pictures for management to know exactly who the rude individual was at their register.

I normally get my Philly Cheese Steak Sandwiches from this location and it’s been awhile. My past experiences had meat overflowing but this is like Lenny’s cutting back too. My last visit was the day of the anniversary and the place was packed to capacity towards the end of the night. I can’t say enough about the way the manager handled the crowd. He showed up with the utmost respect while continuing to stay calm with the influx of customers. He kept a smile and was ever so pleasant with all the customers he encountered. I waited almost an hour but that was expected because of the crowd but all employees were on point and contributing to the work load showing team effort. I would recommend this store if you are in the area!

Terrible customer service and rude General manager Naomi. She will cut you off and not let you speak and overcharges for what should be included on your order. I ordered two Philly cheesesteak salads and they were not made properly. The salad bowl was 50% full and missing toppings and nothing was chopped up finely. Naomi wants to put the blame on the shift lead Cameron who actually make all his customers food properly. I even paid for more meat and it all wasn’t made properly, I had to take my salads home and cut them up and add the missing toppings. Naomi then calls my phone and is rude over talking me and using every excuse for her actions. $30 dollars down the drain. Unless you all know Cameron the shift lead for the properly made food good luck. Make sure you ask for the Cameron special so you can get the appropriate food and the correct amount that you pay. Watch out for Naomi as she is defensive and never says sorry. The pictures are below were made by Cameron. Lastly the reason Cameron is brought into the picture is because he had to fix the salad that was thrown together with heads of lettuce full lettuce and full toppings. He again corrected errors they made, but unfortunately he wasn’t there today to assist with the lack luster performance.

I placed an order, providing my name, but found it incorrect upon arriving home. When I called back, the representative acknowledged the mistake, citing incorrect bagging. He requested that I return, but due to scheduling conflicts, I declined. Despite this, I was informed that I had 14 days to return and would not be charged. However, I’m unclear about the charge since payment had already been made for the sandwich. Unfortunately, the customer service experience fell short of my expectations, and this location failed to meet the standard.

This is a large shop with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The sandwiches are bigger and fuller than the other stores. The young lady at the counter wasn’t happy, everyone else was in a good mood. Their sweet tea still tastes sweet. They haven’t started cutting back on sugar like everyone else.

I placed an order online and when I got back to work I noticed the order was wrong. I ordered a sandwich with turkey since I don’t eat beef or pork. I got a sandwich that had roast beef and bacon. I couldn’t take it back due to a limited lunch break. Now I’m stuck with a sandwich I can’t even eat.

Heading towards Memphis and needed to get off on i40 west exit 15. Didn’t see much to eat on the highway signs. Before I went to a different exit, I saw the Lenny’s sign. Took a chance definitely worth stopping by. Hot sandwich, fresh bread, quick service and a smile. Hard to beat!
