They have some good food but menu is some how a little odd. Order a fajita with guacamole and some how the order did not come with corn tortillas. Some needs to tell these people, it’s Mexican food, tortillas have to be included on every order. And those chips as appetizer, are a little weird as well, made of some sesame seeds. The coffee lechero and the sweet bread molletes or conchas with cajeta are the best thing, no doubt. Thanks to the sweet bread it’s what gave them the 4 stars otherwise they would get a 3 stars.

We love coming here. Food is always amazing, the wait staff is always very warm, and attentive. ☕ Everything on the menu is delicious. I love their Horchata Iced Coffee, and my wife loves their Cafe Lechero. They also have some of the best donuts I’ve ever had.

Not happy with the food, this is what I got for $10. Not sure if I misunderstood on what this comes with but was not expecting this plate for $10 not worth it. I was waiting a while since they forgot my drink to we’re I had to get off and person was already helping other people and never came back with my drink. They had 5 employees standing around to were they could have advised one of them to take over. Not coming back to this location

Food is very authentic. The place is the same as a long standing spot in Tampico, Mex. They make their own sweet bread and the bread for tortas in house but on my last experience there I showed up toward the end of the day and the bread was not as fresh. Overall would recommend.

Don’t get me wrong—my family and I love this place. However, lately the employees that have been hired have been the worst we’ve experienced. Every year we come here and get a Rosca . This year, we decided to order food and were told to wait in the waiting area. Keep in mind, we were the only vehicle there at the time.
Our order was placed at 8:01 PM. At 8:30 PM, we called to ask for an update and were told our food was coming up and that they were just bagging it. Shortly after, two other cars arrived in the waiting area and their food was brought out to them immediately.
I then asked when my food would be coming out, and the employee gave me a very bad attitude. She told me she would go check because she didn’t take my order. By 8:45 PM, I decided to get out of the car and ask for my food myself. It was sitting on the counter.
The employee told me she forgot to bring it out, and that the waiter who took the other orders outside did not bring mine because my order was never placed with het When I got home, the food was extremely cold i did pay 49 bucks for cold food and bad service

Visited this past Sunday for the first time. I enter the restaurant and was not acknowledged, I didn’t know if I had to just seat myself or wait for someone to give me a table. Finally, someone who was not a worker tells me that I have to check in with the hostess. After being seated, our waiter took our orders and I asked him about the Michelada that they have on the menu, he tells me that he needs to check to see if they have all the ingredients to make it and get back with me on that. Well, he never got back with me on that. In fact, he hardly got back with me on anything. I saw him attending everyone in the restaurant except me. I had to flag him down so that I could pay. I asked him if I could just give him my card or if I needed to go up to the register to pay and he told me he could take my payment, which again he never did because he was too busy helping everyone else except me. So finally I stood up to pay at the register and he then sees me and takes my payment. It’s sad because I would have probably tipped him great since I had just gotten a nice bonus at work and was in Brownsville for a last minute trip. The food was good, but sadly because of the lack of service I won’t be back.

Not what I imagined. Food was cold coffee taste like if it had been sitting for a while. Service not that good we kept having ti ask fir utensils and refills the lady would not come around we had to ask the buzz boy !! He was amazing .
