Breakfast was okay but the place is dirty, the floor, the restroom, the trash station still dirty the same since the first year of Covid. And the guy making the food answering the phone ( I THINK NOBODY WANTS TO EAT HIS EAR WAX AND HIS SALIVA) and never changed his gloves. This is for Jack’s in hwy 31 close to Waffle House.

On 30 September, 2019 about 3:47 pm I visited this Jack’s. I placed a order to go at the counter. I live about 20 minutes from Jack’s. When I got home to eat the 2 piece snack dinner, it had extremely hard crust, I had to pull off the crust in order to eat the chicken. The chicken was hard and dried inside as well. I went back to the store. The manager on duty and counter person was nice, and apologized. Even gave me a small drink and replaced my chicken dinner. I’m thinking all is good now. I decided to eat there so my food would be hot and fresh. Well when I started eating my dinner, it was hard and dried out as the first dinner. I managed to salvage and eat half of one piece. The rest had to be trashed. I did not go back to the management staff, because the second time, also did not produce hot, fresh, quality fried chicken.

The place was filthy. Trash over flowing. Trash all over the place. Half eaten ice cream on the counter by the cash registers. Fries, oh so many fries on the ground under the fry counter. Grill was filthy. One person working was awesome. Sadly I dont know her name. It took 23 minutes to get to fried chicken sandwiches and 2 double cheeseburgers. I can handle a wait but the level of cleanness and laziness. We wont be back. And ps. How hard can it be to put pickles and onions on the burger the right way?!

Ordered food with no tomatoes and when I took the bread off you can clearly see where they just pulled the tomatoes off the sandwich and put the bread back. And it looks like someone took a bite out of the bread. Just gross.
