This location is one of the worst which stinks because it’s close and crazy for it being off a highway. They forget items constantly so make sure to check, long waits. Whenever they tell you to pull up and wait for your order, take 2 minutes while you’re waiting and complain to customer care. They’re cheating and closing the order out so their numbers look good meanwhile you wait 15 minutes. Every level of management here is useless. Fix this dump.

The managers are absolutely excellent. The food is good. Unfortunately everything goes downhill after that. I have had some bad experiences, communicating with the staff over an average order And I’m always very polite. Not making napkins available. Oh the soda machines is pretty petty. I ordered 1 large and 1 small of sweet tea. And drive thru gave me 2 medium instead because they run out of large cup. I said atleast give me 2 small and a 1 medium cup. How am i gonna get some on the other cup if both of rhem are medium. And the worker gave me an attitude answer and close the windo right away. Im upset. Always have an issue on this location. And by the way the other medium cup is not full its only 3/4 full.
