My french vanilla ice coffee was full of ice and very little coffee. At this point I feel like I’m paying for a cup of ice. It’s been a irritating in the past how much ice they use but today is just ridiculous. Otherwise, I haven’t really had any other issues.
Edit: The manager reached out after I sent feedback through the app. I appreciate the fact that she is viewing feedback and taking all concerns seriously no matter how minor they can be perceived.

I ordered steak egg n cheese no bread. They left off my eggs. The meat and cheese looked like it was just slung in the plate and the hash browns was cold. 6 am the food should be hot n fresh. Pay attention to what yall are doing.

Every time we come to McDs…we get a CUP of ice water with our meal. We tell them its ok to charge for a soda and fill the cup with water but we dont want a bottled water. This location however just wasn’t having it. We were ordering food. We weren’t there for a free water. There is a water dispenser on your drink machine so what?…you dont use it? How hard is it to hold the cup beneath the water dispenser that you do have and put water in a cup? And we were onay with you charging for a soda we weren’t even getting so it dodnt have to be complicated and the girl at the window still made it complicated. We just left…went to wendys across the street…where something as simple as putting water in a cup was not made complicated.

I asked for no salt fries. Was asked to pull in spot 3 to wait then when they being my food out the fries are plastered with salt so bad you can’t eat them. Woman working drive thru was rude didn’t ask if I wanted to use my app. After I place and order for one meal before I can get some ordering she tells me the total had to say I am not done yet. There was no zero star option.

My only concern is that if you are a manager/supervisor if you need to talk to a employee don’t do it in front of customers and be disrespectful. This what I witnessed at the one on Lafayette. I believe respect goes a long way.

Just left from there the small dark skin with the black headbandgirl at the second widow was filling up people cups with ice with her fingers all in the rims of the cup at least half of an inch inside of them hope her hands were extra clean what happened to holding the cup by the outside the two young women at the first window had loads of respect and took my payment in the most professional way

Ordered online, upon arrival they modified my order without my consent and then tried telling me my order was placed at a different store. I showed them my order and location I chose. My husband was treated rude by management because of whatever they screwed up. I heard the rudeness over the phone. I love McDonald and their food but will not be eating there because of this type of behavior. I know we all have bad days but that tone was unprofessional.
