I stopped by for a quick pitstop, where I was in need of a quick bite before continuing on my road trip out of town. Upon arrival, it was lunch time but not busy at all and I was greeted by one of their friendly staff members. There was a lot to choose from, but I went with my go to Jack in the box meal which is their spicy chicken sandwich combo with curly fries. It was a hot day so I needed something refreshing to sip on. Their drink dispensers are one of the new style ones where there are many drinks to choose from and are labeled in different categories, and the best thing is each drink has multiple flavors. For example, I chose the Coke Zero and there are like 5 other Coke Zero flavors you can choose from. Their menu consists of breakfast, burgers, sandwiches, rice bowls, tacos, salads, sides and much more. Everything is made to order which is just the way I like it since it is quality over quantity and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. The staffs here are welcoming, well trained and understanding where it made my visit a very satisfying one. You can either dine in, order for take out, use their drive thru, get it delivered to you via a delivery app, or you can order on the Jack in the box app and they will bring your order to your car when you arrive. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a quick bite like me, if you can not decide what to eat or if you just so happen to be in the area. I definitely will be back for future visits.

Yummy… The bacon double smash burgers were the bomb , the curly fries where hot and fresh, no 30 minute old pieces mixed in and of course my favorite drink, coke zero.
Only downside is Californias ridiculous 20.00 minimum wage has our meals cost 18 bucks each with tax….

I have been to the store in Dixon almost every weeknight for 2 and a half months between 3:00 am – 5:00 am and they are always closed. They say there computers are down. I hi back 30 minutes later and same thing. If I was the owner, I’d be very upset at all the lost customers. I have continued to stop out of curiosity.

Hi, I just got a Oreo milk shake from DoorDash and once that was delivered to me asap, my drink was completely melted, these people were probably kids or something who don’t want to deal with customers last minute. I hope I can get a refund or something soon because this was ridiculous what these people in the store are doing. If it’s close to closing time at 1:30, have the sympathy to just make the order quick correctly.

This is by far the best location I’ve ever experienced at Jack in the Box. Not only was the food fresh and crispy, you could tell they made it with love and care. Never have I ever thought fast food could be so fresh. They truly care at this location much love to the crew.

Horrible experience I walked in and asked for two tacos to go all I had was 20 dollar bills and some change. I handed her a 20 and she said don’t you have some change I said yeah but can you please just do it out of the 20 I like to keep my quarters for other things and she says why don’t you just give me the change with the 20 and I explained her if this is really a problem maybe I should go somewhere else she handed me my 20 back and I left I’m very dissatisfied that Jack in the box doesn’t like breaking a 20 dollar bill. I called the corporate office but after waiting 45 minutes for somebody to receive my very important call I hung up

This jack in the box is almost always busy, and at times under staffed,. The staff is always friendly, and try to get your order to you as fast as they can. Food is good. This is my favorite jack in the box by far because the staff, even when overwhelmed, still stay positive and courteous.
