The experience at this place is amazing. I’ve been going here since it was still called Gracamole, and I love all the changes they’ve made. I go there all the time—it’s basically a second home for me and my best friend. The food is amazing, and the customer service is even better. Even the manager comes to check on you and make sure you’re okay.
The only issue we’ve ever had is that the music and lights on Saturdays can get really loud. Other than that, everything is perfect!

We always come to Aqui es Mexico, but tonight was extra special thanks to our waiter Oscar! He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Drinks never ran empty, food came out hot, and he made us feel genuinely welcome. Hands down the best service we’ve had — ask for him when you visit!

Our waiter OSCAR was amazing! He recommended a delicious margarita and an appetizer … corn with cheese grilled and seasoned … it was DELICIOUS! He was incredibly attentive and very knowledgeable. We go here often. Last time we went before this incident there was a long hair in my rice in the bottom of the plate. No apologies from the waitress. Nothing she just grabbed my plate that had a steak taco and rice on it brought me back just a Togo plate of rice. This time I realized when they brought the bill they charged me a different price than what is listed on the menu for rice. I told the waitress he admitted to knowing the prices were wrong and said they haven’t updated the menu and went to get the manger and took my card and charged me. The manger also was aware the prices were wrong on menu. Did not give me a refund or anything after charging me the wrong price. It’s not about the 1.75 it’s the principle of them knowing the prices are wrong.

Me and my sister went here got tacos they gave me 3 tacos to both of us for 14.99. I only got a water and my sister got soda which should’ve been around 36 dollars based on the prices I saw on the menu. But i spent in total 47 dollars thats what it said on my receipt. Im not sure why it was so expensive and they didn’t even give sauce for the tacos i had to ask for it. Although the waiter was pretty nice they took forever to take our order and i was waiting a while for my food to be brought to us and the food was a bit cold. the atmosphere and decor is really nice but the music is a bit too loud i went here a few months ago and my experience was much better but this time it was not too great i’m sorry.

Food is good, but def over priced on something’s, as well as the draft beers. $7 for one cup of beer is outrageous to me when it’s not an IPA. Everytime I go my check is wrong, and the employees don’t know what they are charging for. They tried to charge me $13 for a marg that was on special and if I wouldn’t have said anything I would have paid double for what I was suppose to charged. It’s happened a couple time but the service is great! Everyone is super friendly.
The whole place is really cool though, the owner done a great job with decorating. I just recommend checking your checks before paying always.

My food was cold and service was lousy made reservations for a birthday party for about 12 people. Each person spent on an average of $20 to $30, The client was 47 bucks and honestly it wasn’t worth $2. The only good thing about the whole experience was the birthday song and bubble show. This group dropped about 4 to $500 to celebrate a birthday for someone. Absolutely horrible experience. I’ll make sure that I pass the word to everyone I see. When the waiter finally came by basically to hand me the bill and ask if everything was okay. I told him no. My food tastes like it just coming out of the refrigerator. It was cold. He didn’t seem too concerned about it. The food is not very authentic. Lessons learned I will not be a patriot of this business that’s for sure.

Outstanding hospitality! Was looking for something not on their menu – Huevos a la Mexicana..They said “no problemo”… When the food came out fresh, homemade and delicious. We also tried their 3 homemade hot sauces which were all quite good…also a very nice Margarona!

I’ve never written a review before so this is saying something. Me and my partner just found this spot and have been there maybe 3 times. All 3 times it has been consistently great! Tonight really topped it off with our server Ayse! She was super quick, offered refills multiple times (even to go drinks!!), brought our food promptly (A+ to the kitchen), was kind, and had a great personality! Would highly recommend this spot to anyone
