We used 3 coupons to order 3 Spicy McVeg burgers and requested extra onions in all of them, but onions were not added to any burger. Also, one of the burgers was not spicy at all—it had only plain mayonnaise instead of spicy mayo.
Using coupons does not mean customers should get the wrong order or lower quality food. If coupons affect the order quality, then they should not be launched. Very disappointing experience.

They have a nice Premium Roast Coffee, and then I add an expresso shot and make it sweet. They make it well. Delicious coffee here, quick response when I am standing at the counter. Quick to know solutions to issues i may be having on app.

I ordered my regular two cheeseburgers, and one of them didn’t have a single patty on it. I didn’t ask for no patty, it was just two pieces of cheese, like 6 pickles, and hardly any ketchup. Plus it was super squished. Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed. Worst part was I didn’t even notice (because why should I have to examine my burger?) until I got home so there was no fixing it. What did I do to deserve such a fate?

This location tends to get busy however the employees try their best to keep the line moving while being friendly and helpful. Never had to deal with the wrong order so that’s always a.plus!

Not all McDonald’s are attentive to the front counter after the mobile order switch over. But I had a good experience here! Lady was nice and helpful, responded quickly! The lobby was clean. Food was warm. Will definitely come back!

A very rude manager by the name of Isaac works here as a general manager and has no respect for customers and his employees. He thinks he is above everyone else and has this sort of attitude towards others not of his ethnicity which is Hispanic. Next time learn to be more respectful with other people of different ethnicities.

This location is one of the best we have been to. The food is always hot and accurate. The dining area is clean and has fresh flowers at each table. The staff are absolutely wonderful, engaging and welcoming. It’s the small things that make this location one of the best and the customer service is definitely at the top of the list.

Pretty standard McDonald’s I feel. Always is super clean and the kids area is always clean and tidy. Food comes pretty fast and on the rare occasion that it’s wrong they are pretty quick to fix it. The manager at this location is pretty awesome! But so are all the employees for that matter!

The male employees are nice, but some of the female staff are so nasty that I can’t believe they still have jobs. Tonight, I called ahead to confirm their opening hours, ordered on the app, and paid. When I arrived, the woman working there refused to give me my order. This happened after the male employee instructed me to use the drive-thru to pick up my paid online order. Due to the snow, they were closing early. I explained that I had called ahead and driven twenty minutes in the snow to pick up my order. Her reply, in the most odious, Karen-sounding voice, was, “Yeah, well, I had to drive too!” I told her she was being rude, and she started yelling at me. Despite my request for her not to raise her voice, she got louder, talking over me when I tried to provide my paid mobile order number. She continued yelling and said, “I won’t listen to you any longer.” I informed her that I would be calling her manager in the morning, to which she responded dismissively, “Go right ahead, I don’t care.”
