I was in the mood for some food that I haven’t had in a while. I pulled up and tried to utilize the Eastlake BLVD location drive-through. Let me tell you this was horrible service. I pulled up and I immediately had to wait because no one was able to take the drive-through order. The location had no one in line but one vehicle at the window. The lady at the window had to take my order twice. Then, when I actually pulled up to the window, she gave me my total. I paid her in cash and when she handed me back my change she said “Here”. There was not a ma’am or here is your change or anything. I thought for a second maybe I was missing something but when she handed me my food she did it again. I told her that was not good customer service at all by telling someone here. She immediately tried to clean up her response by saying I said here, ma’am. I know what she said not once but twice. This customer service is not acceptable. The sad part is that jobs do not hire nor do they teach customer service anymore. They hire bodies just to fill a position and do not care about the service they give.

TERRIBLE!! Food tasted old, over 20 minute wait for a chicken tender combo and THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!!!! Long story short, it’s been a really rough day for me & I was really looking forward to this since I haven’t had it in a while. I looked at the menu online before going. When she asked if I was ready, I very politely asked her if they had this chicken and shrimp combo I saw on their online menu and she had the audacity to say to me, “the menus in front of me”. I said yes ma’am but I looked at the menu online but I just wasn’t seeing it. She said “I can read”… I’ve never been talked to like that before receiving service. As bad as my day was & as rude as she was, I was still very polite to her. I sat in line for a good 15-20 mins with only one car in front. When I got to the window, no greeting or have a good day nothing from either girl working. Between the extremely rude customer service & that long time wait, I would highly NOT recommend it. I wanted to pull out of line after that & honestly wish I would’ve. I definitely will NOT be back! Also their sweet tea tastes so old like it’s been sitting forever.

OMG!!! EVERYTHING was ABSOLUTELY delicious!!! I called to ask questions about placing a door dash order (number of flavor options included). The owner answered the phone and took my order (I found out when I arrived to pick up). He was so helpful and patient. The ladies up front were very kind and attentive. 10 out of 10!!!

I ordered a 3 pc fish and okra for delivery through DoorDash. I had special instructions for jerk seasoning on the fish and tartar sauce. I got my bland, rubbery, fish and is UPSET. THERE IS NO SEASONING ON MY FISH!! I called to let them know and they passed me around to a few people and blew me off saying to reorder it from DoorDash. I got a partial credit and am not reordering ANYTHING for them to screw me over twice.

Drive thru was fast was fast. Area clean at that time not crowded. Food was hot and fresh. I did notice the cup size was reduced, 16 oz to 10 oz. We ordered the bbq and garlic 8 piece combo. The price went up.
