Pretty good sushi for the middle of the country! A little over priced but again, small city smack dab in the center of no where Wyoming, not often regarded as a populated place, so I’m sure the price of getting the fish out here is a hassle. Games are going on TVs, beer is getting ordered, soda is watery, and some kid is crying somewhere distantly— 10/10 will stop in if/when I pass through.

3/4/2026 Went for dinner right after work and it was honestly the best I’ve had there. It’s usually pretty good but this time every single thing we had tasted better than ever before! I always get the same thing, steak and scallops habacchi and the ikayaki for an appetizer. My husband always switches it this and this time he got the valcano roll and the rock n roll and be sure I tasted both! Seriously everything was on point! Fast friendly service great food!

The food is decent. Not the best I’ve ever had, but also not the worst. Had the lunch hibachi. My only issue is that there might have been 3oz of protein at most. I ordered shrimp and steak and there were only 4 small shrimp and maybe 5 small pieces of chopped steak total. I understand it is a lunch portion, but I’d still prefer to have a little more protein included.

I was served a plate that was caked with old food residue and smears from dirty hands. This is not just unpleasant but a serious health risk, as it can spread bacteria and disease. After pointing it out and leaving my food, I wasn’t offered a clean plate or fresh meal. Very concerning lack of hygiene and customer care.

Family dinner for my son’s 16th birthday. There were 4 of us, two adults and 2 kids, 14 & 16. We didn’t order anything extra special, just the 3 chicken and fried rice with noodles and a steak with fried rice and noodles. For drinks we ordered three fountain sodas and my husband ordered two Coors light. Food was good, but the noodles were brought out way before the rest of our meals. The atmosphere was very loud, I couldn’t even hear my husband from across the booth. Finally got the bill and I about died…..$140 with tip. For 4 people, that was WAY over priced and not a $140 meal. Not sure if we’ll go back anytime soon.

As we are traveling on our honeymoon road trip, we stopped in Sheridan as a point before we headed to Yellowstone. We asked the hotel guy what places would he recommend for food and he stated Sapporo. We decided to have dinner there. Since we did not have a reservation for the hibachi grill, we were told we had to wait about 30 minutes. No biggie! We arrived back at our designated time and were seated with other guests. We did not know how much fun we were going to have at this place. Our server was very attentive to our entire table. The Japanese Cherry Blossom was a delightful treat as I had three of them lol. The food was delicious and it was just an overall awesome experience. Thanks to Vanessa for inviting us to her impromptu birthday party celebration as the cake was delicious.

This is my favorite place to eat in Sheridan. I love the food and the environment, and the staff is friendly. To expand a little bit, I love the teppanyaki, where the chef cooks right in front of you; this adds to the ambiance and keeps me wanting to come back just to eat there again.
