Amazing set up, service and quality ingredients.
There is an station with tomatoes pickles etc and multiple dressings, seasonings to choose from.
Fries are NOT gluten free which is important to know but they are delicious.
Pebble ice?!?! Amazing!
The environment is unique and welcoming and the staff were always caring for the facility to look clean.
I was waiting for a bad piece of food but I can’t find anything. Even the shakes were delicious.

We love the idea of a gourmet burger! Maybe we had a bit of an off experience…we stopped for dinner, ordered, and waited a good amount of time for our burgers. The shake came before our meal and we devoured that – it was fantastic! The burgers were pretty good solid 7/10. I had hoped for a little more flavor on the burger, but it was decent.
They had communal fries up near the drinks which is such a fun thing, but it was empty most of the time because of everyone that was there waiting for the fries and grabbing them the second they were made. We would love to go back and have different experience!

My girlfriend and I used to come here growing up, and even though it’s changed a little, the burgers still tasted great! There’s a bunch of great options but I really liked the pastrami burger. There’s fries are beer-battered and the cookie skillet is a must. This is a Sandy classic!

Great stop for dinner. They offer a large variety of burgers with toppings of your choice. The all you can eat fries were hot and tasty. The self serve bar for your burger fix is plentiful. All you can drink offer, they do offer shakes also. Price point is good. Excellent staff and fast service.

The restaurant was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. There are some great options for flavors regarding your burger and you get to add your own toppings.
There’s also a fry bar I really enjoyed because you can add your own seasonings. Rosemary, thyme, salt, and parmesan made a great combo.

I have eaten in-restaurant, take-out, and DoorDash and EVERY SINGLE TIME, it is the best burger!
It’s fresh, flavorful, and nothing else compares to it!! I love their endless fry bar with different seasonings, the condiments you choose yourself, and the selection of sauces.
I come back time again and again because they literally never disappoint!

Kind of a mixed bag here. First off the service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful and so nice! The place was reasonably clean and the atmosphere is nice.
The burgers were kinda plain tasting and for the price I expected a little better quality. The bottomless fries sounded nice but ended up being not great because they were not hot and not well seasoned. I guess that’s so you can add your own seasoning (they had tons of flavors to choose from) but the end result of adding seasoning to lukewarm fries wasn’t very good. So while the theory of the fry bar is a good one this one just isn’t executed very well. The fried pickles were really good and the bacon was perfectly crispy so we enjoyed those.

This place is amazing. All meat is ground fresh everyday which gives the burgers an amazing flavor. My burger was cooked to perfection. It wasn’t dry. It was thick and juicy. The waitstaff was friendly and courteous. The restaurant is one the cleanest I’ve ever been to. You could tell the Manager Dave really cares about the patrons. He deserves a raise for having to deal with me. I will definitely eat here again and again.

My mushroom and swiss burger was very good but expensive – $11.49 plus $2.19 for a gluten-free bun. Ouch! The chocolate shake was also good (but not great). Service was good and the atmosphere fun. The french fry bar is a fun idea but maybe not ideal in a pandemic. The fries were good though!
