Never like leaving negative reviews but this food deserves it. The burger is severely overpriced for a dollar general burger. Absolutely disgusting. Toppings were not even correct. 2 people in there and still took 20 minutes. Not sure why they need 3 and 4 people packing food when there is only 1 cook and it’s takeout only??? I will never entertain the thought of wasting my money at this place again.

Very busy place. Employees were quick to respond and handled customers with efficiency and were kind. Order was accurate. My only gripe is a small front end for as many orders as there were, which made it a tight fit. Customers were patient and handled the challenge of space available well.

My family absolutely loves Steak Out! There is just something about being able to order and pickup a whole steak dinner with all the sides and utensils and not have to wash a single thing! And to enjoy that in the comfort of your home is a real treat haha!!

So it has been years since I’ve eating at a Steak out so I understand the price inflation, everything has gone up. Yet with that being said the customer service should have inflated as well. With this business being a steak establishment it should be natural for the employees to ask if you need steak sauce with your food and not just assume that a person knows they need to ask for it. I didn’t have to ask for butter and sour cream for my potato. Which i could have done without the sour cream in place of steak sauce for my steak tips. By time I realized it wasn’t in the bag of course I was too far away to turn back for steak sauce. But spending 35.00 on take out to not have everything needed for your meal is extremely disappointing. Guess all those years going without steak out makes sense.
