The food and service here is excellent. I came with my partner who is native Egyptian and he ordered a falafel sandwich and was extremely impressed and satisfied with its authenticity, taste, and quality. I got the chicken shawarma bowl and it was delicious as well as a very generous portion. I highly recommend!! (Bonus- they had an amazingly curated playlist of Egyptian/Arab music)

The food and service were excellent! Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and surprisingly affordable. The staff provided such kind and attentive customer service, which made the experience even better. The only downside is that the atmosphere could be improved, as it doesn’t quite match the quality of the food. Overall, though, I really enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend it

The chicken arabi with fries were delicious. The pickles and the garlic sauce along with the flavorful chicken made the perfect lunch

I wish I could give it 100000 stars because it’s the closest to authentic 3arabi shawarma I can get in Austin. Very Welcoming crew, and great music on at all times. I probably come here three times per week lol.

Best shawarma I’ve had in the US — and I’m from the Middle East. This place could compete with the top spots back home.

I ordered from here twice, and both times it was very disappointing.

The first time, I asked for no onions, no jalapenos, no olives, but they still sent everything with those. I thought maybe it was a mistake, so I gave them a second chance.

The second time I ordered the combo (2 wraps, 2 drinks, 2 desserts). Before ordering, I called the restaurant and explained that I don’t drink soda. The manager suggested replacing drinks with 4–5 pieces of baklava instead. I agreed and then placed my order. In the end, they still sent me 2 sodas, only 2 pieces of baklava, and very small wraps.

The wraps were mostly bread, maybe 60% lavash, with very little meat inside. It was so dry that I had to use Chick-fil-A sauce just to finish it. The chicken itself tasted okay and seemed fresh, but the portion was tiny.

Usually shawarma is supposed to be big, juicy, and filling. This one was very dry, mostly bread, and I was still hungry after finishing the whole wrap. A proper shawarma should have more meat, fresh veggies, at least some greens. Even if you just google “shawarma,” you’ll see there should be vegetables and greens inside, but here was none.

And the biggest problem: the food looks NOTHING like the photos online. The menu shows a big, meaty wrap (see screenshot), but in reality it’s mostly bread with barely any filling. Doesn’t matter if it’s chicken or beef – it’s the same issue.

Overall: small portions, dry wraps, promises not kept, and very misleading photos.

Amazing environment! I got a Chicken Sandwich and it was the greatest food in the world! We had it after a night out and I couldn’t be happier! They gave us baklavas for free.

We always drive through this place but never actually tried their food, today it was just a random stop for us and get shawarma here. I mentioned the guy who took our order we are here for the very first time, I guess after that he put some extra love in the food, the shawarma is how it supposed to be, the taste is super good. My husband got one bite and said I am coming back here , but all over they got really tasty food in here, thank you for the amazing food and hospitality ☺️

Amazing, authentic shawarma, some of the best in Austin. The service is great and the people very generous. They gave me free water, drink and baklava without me asking. They also have outdoor seating and Arabic music playing which is cute especially when the weathers good.

Very rude seller. He tried to finesse me for hot sauce which he didn’t even put on the sandwich.

I had a pickup from them and decided to buy a chicken sandwich and Vimto (soda) since the pickup order wasn’t ready. First, he made a mistake by putting items I didn’t want.

After he made the sandwich without hot sauce.
I asked him politely; brother, can I get one hot sauce? And his response was, “You buy it.” And insisted I should pay for it as if it’s extra. I told him you didn’t even put hot sauce on my sandwich.

All I asked for in my sandwich was chicken, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and hot sauce. How am I supposed to pay for a hot sauce you forgot to put in the sandwich? I just took my sandwich and order and left. No time for back and forth.

10 minutes later I noticed this brother gave me poor rating over this petty misunderstanding.
I even told him, I’ve been buying from them, let’s not argue. Keep the hot sauce. And left.
