What’s the point of customizing if the order is not prepared the way you asked them to? Waited 10 min for my pick up order that was placed ahead. Got to work and realized they didn’t customize it. Do you guys even read the order?

Conveniently located on route 4. If you are coming down route 4 west, you’ll have to make a u-turn and get on route 4 east. This location has a lot of seating and is laid out very well. Very clean and roomy. Very welcoming.

A man at the cashier named Alejandro is such a great guy. He’s extremely respectable, nice and overall a cool guy. Workers like that makes you want to come back. Best Panera Bread location!

I always order at drive thru, today I decided to go in and immediately regretted it. Self order machines were down and slow. No one at the register. And then when I received my salad is was half empty with no chicken. When I told them there was no chicken it, the lady had no reaction just told them to add chicken and lettuce. I then notice there was barely any onions or bacon. Went back she had an attitude and added a few pieces of onions. Service was awful.
I forgot how awful the food service is here and just wasted $20 on a pick up once again the salad was half empty with ingredients missing. such a shame I love Panera but this location just SUCKS.

Everything is very salty. Please make it less salty. Compared to other Panera locations, I’ve tried four different soups and sandwiches here, and they were all very salty. Staff members were very friendly. Good service.

This particular Panera location is the worst one I’ve visited so far. The interior is outdated and smells bad. The order screen is hidden behind an extra tall booth wall in the back, and the shelves are empty with dirty bread trays. The food quality was below my expectations. I will definitely avoid this location in the future.

I love the service at Panera Bread. The staff is polite , the food is delicious and FRESH and the options on the menu are great. I also like how the service is set up. From placing your order to taking your name, to having a designated area where you can comfortably wait to receive your food. They offer a variety of pastries and drinks that keep me coming back. I enjoy the pumpkin/squash soup in the cold months along with the 10 vegetable soup and the sandwiches are also delicious. They also offer a dine-in section which is cozy. If you are in this area, stop by!
