Food was great «better than I expected»!!! I used to never go to •Jack In The ‘Crack’• but my wifey turned me onto to it when we first started dating because she knew I’d love their cheesecake. She was right. This place was lively, clean, well maintained & even the staff was courteous, kind and generous. I asked to upgrade my drink to a shake a little too late after I’d already paid – the cashier just gave it to me on the house!

Here to pick up the most recent Toy combo that comes with a double chicken sandwich with cheese and lettuce, two beef tacos, a curly frys, and a large drink. The chicken filet itself is not bad but the Swiss cheese doesn’t really mingle well with it. Curly frys still crispy and tasty. Hope they can get rid of the beef tacos and lower the price as we don’t really want the tacos with the chicken sandwich. Anyway, got the blue icy and it’s cute.

This is an easy on/off freeway location, but the service – or the employees I guess – were not very friendly. The food was as expected, but absolutely no personality or friendliness at the drive thru window…seemed like they just wanted to get me out of there. We asked for ice water when ordering but they didn’t remember at the window – when I asked for the water that didn’t make them any happier.

Came here right off of work asked for two large curly fries and two tacos the lady(Rosie)taking my order was very rude no greeting I asked to repeat my order twice and she still got it wrong I asked again at the window if it was TWO curly fries and two tacos and she said yes I pay and she gives me my order and there is only one in there I wait for her to come back and then tells us we have to go around the drive thru again I proceed to tell her I ordered it at the speaker and she says park in the front I waited at least ten minutes and she never came out I asked another employee (Lesly)about it and she says I didn’t pay for it I said I don’t mind paying for it I tried to pay for it and was dismissed with a park in the front Rosie needs to be retrained on customer service no apology or anything she could’ve owned up to her mistake but choose to be rude and dismissive.

Waited for almost 20 minutes for my order to be taken and not one employee greeted us or made an attempt to take our order. While I do understand they can get busy completely ignoring the costumers it’s okay. I have no problem waiting if I were to be acknowledged. We did want to get them a chance and wait it out but even when the employees and manager was us staying right in front of the register not one person gave us the time of day.

Love the new building and the new look! The food was cooked perfectly and I have to tell you, Jack has the best onion rings! Nice and crunchy. I had to wait for my order, but dug the parking spot for late orders. What a great idea! Can’t wait to go back!

Don’t have much to say about the establishment itself, because it’s fast food, it is what it is. I just came here to talk about the new Sourdough Bacon Patty Melt!!! Perfectly toasted sourdough, juicy patties, and perfectly cooked onions. It’s maybe even better than what’s served at a typical diner. Hope it stays on the menu forever until the end of time.

My day of work start at 12am so on my way to work I stop here to get my breakfast well they told that they don’t serve hot coffee but to was more like they are lazy so they don’t want to make new coffee
