This McDonald’s is my absolute favorite store! The workers are happy, polite, and work quickly to get orders out. I visit this location pretty often with my special needs toddler (he LOVES McDs!) and the staff there are so kind to him. Food is usually always fresh and hot too, occasional mistakes happen but they’re quickly resolved.

I’m new to the area and enjoy eating at Chick Fila but I gave McDonald’s a try b/c I wasnt up for the drive. I ordered through drive thru, emplyoyee kept overtalkng me, so I hoped my order would be correct. It wasn’t, I waited for someone to assist me again at drive thru and the Mgr showed up, told me I had to pay .80 more for lettuce. I asked for compensation for inconvenience and was told I was combative. I then asked for a full $18 and some change refund. I then drive to the nearest Chick Fila an exit away!!!

The best McDonald’s restaurant I’ve been to in 20 years!! No exaggeration. I was so impressed I had to write this review. Friendly staff, fast service, and hot food! Bonus… they didn’t forget the sauces for the nuggets. When I saw the billboard on I-10 like 15 miles before the exit I thought that the franchise owner must take pride in his business (I do overrthink most things, a blessing and a curse). I worked at McDonald’s when I was in highschool in the late 90s early 2000s and took pride in that job. Its been so disappointing how fast food service has declined drastically over the past few decades, maybe that’s why this quality service blew my mind. Gold star for this location.

I got two breakfast meals and was upcharged even though I got the drink that comes with the meal price as shown. I paid cash and they didn’t give me correct change. When I asked for the rest of my change they said they were out of coins. How much money per year do you rip people off of?

ordered on doordash, was supposed to recieve 2 10 piece nuggets, 2 cheeseburger meal, and a frosty. i recieved a singular 10 piece nugget and fries with my drink and frosty. was missing both of my burgers and 10 nuggets. doordash offered me $7 in credits which is unacceptable for more than half of my $26 order being missing, and when i tried to call mcdonalds they wouldnt answer at first, and then started answering and hanging up. i dont know what manager allows service like this but everytime i go to mcdonalds its a terrible experience nowadays, at least at this specific location.

Honestly, I could give no stars that’s what it would be. I came Friday night.. It was absolutely worst service. I think I’ve ever gotten there. All I ask for them is to give me the right drink and they gave me the wrong drink and the right drink was on the receipt. They wanted me to go all the way into the back of the line to get My correct drink. The associate at the window and the manager were awful. They wanted me to wait at the end of the line where there’s probably at least seven cars. Then my food would be cold so then we will have to make my food over again, which obviously she doesn’t know how to manage because that would be food cost waste and a customer unsatisfied.

The food was all very hot and fresh but it took longer to receive my food compared to how (not very) busy it was. I don’t think it was too bad though since my order was decent sized and the car in front of me had an even larger order.
