Horrible customer service from drive through girl. Why not speak back to the customer when ordering. Why are you so angry? Giving attitude? Don’t take your anger out on us customers! I don’t know if it’s just me, but I cannot find the best time of day to go to any Burger King, at this point. My sandwiches are never fresh.. always have soggy lettuce on them. And with this particular night and location, the chicken sandwich was BARELY edible. Besides everything slipping of the sandwich due to nothing being fresh, the chicken itself seemed tough with certain bites and just didn’t seem safe to digest. I actually really love Burger King, but I can never get it FRESH. I guess I’ll just have their breakfast only.

I didn’t catch her name unfortunately but there was a very kind and attentive lady working the drive thru register just before 3pm today(May 29th), and whoever made my sandwich made it look as close to the pictures as you can reasonably expect. Plus the condiments were portioned exactly! The crew deserves credit for a 5 today at the very least.

This message if for an order placed 05/27/2020 but the lady taking the order (Gisselle) didn’t provide me of a valid receipt for my survey.
Last night I went to this location since I got two coupons for the Impossible Burger with T-Mobile. When we got to the speaker the lady had an attitude, we explained we had the coupon and without asking what else we wanted or how we want it, she didn’t let us talk and sent us to the next window. While we were there she started taking the order from the car behind us (totally disrespectful since we were first) she didn’t even acknowledge we were there. Out of the back comes another lady and says “here’s your order” we said it’s not possible because we haven’t order and the first lady we talked to (Gisselle) now comes close to the window and says that’s your food with a very bad attitude. We explained she didn’t took our order, I have a severe Egg allergy I said no mayo, she rolled her eyes at us and didn’t let us finish our order again, at this point we’ve been waiting for around 10/15 min on a drive thru, we were finally able to order fries. They give us the bag without the receipt and I request it, I got a paper without the survey option. Gisselle has the worst customer service in the planet, she shouldn’t be on a position that interacts with customers.
We got home, the fries were cold and soggy and to our surprise they only changed the top bun of the burger my lettuce, tomato and onions had mayo in it, this is completely unacceptable! If I didn’t check I would’ve end up in the hospital thanks to the ineptitude of the people working at this location. I’m going to make sure I’m heard so this never happens again to me or anyone else. It is an allergy and you guys could’ve been responsible for me being sick for days! And on top of everything I didn’t have dinner because of this situation. Totally disappointed Gisselle and the person responsible for making our food should be trained again so they understand the magnitude of an allergy!

In the aftermath of this incident, I reached out to the customer service department to address the issue and seek a resolution. I was assured that a gift card would be sent to compensate for the inconvenience and ensure that measures would be taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
Regrettably, it has been FOUR YEARS since that conversation, and I have yet to receive any form of compensation or acknowledgment from the restaurant.

This lack of follow-through and accountability is completely unacceptable. Not only did the restaurant fail to uphold its duty of care towards a customer with allergies, but it also failed to honor its commitment to rectify the situation. Such disregard for customer safety and satisfaction reflects poorly on the restaurant’s integrity and professionalism.

Love Burger King. Order was hot, fresh and correct. Always love the Croissan’wich and hashbrowns. They were done perfect. Sometimes the hashbrowns are over done, but here they got em right. Also they have a freestyle Coke machine 🙂

Impossible burger is ok. Has all the toppings as the Whopper. The charbroiled taste is predominant. The tacos are ok. Bit greasy and not very crunchy. Friendly staff.

I stopped by this Burger King for a quick lunch. The service was okay—nothing special, but the staff was polite. My Whopper was fresh and had that nice grilled taste I like, though the bun was a bit soggy. Fries were warm, not hot, and could’ve been crispier. The dining area was clean but looked a little outdated.

The manager is a really rude lady. I literally witnessed her yelling at her employee after the employee asked a customer if he wanted salt on his fries. Like bruh, how you gonna yell at someone for doing their job? And on top of that all I wanted to do was charge my phone while enjoying my food and she gonna snap at me saying “oh you can’t stay here all day cause it’s bad for business” like? I literally just bought food from you. Nah y’all gotta talk to that manager lady bruh she work morning shift on Sunday apparently

The manager ( with different colored dreads and eyeglasses) working the window was VERY nasty and unprofessional. I’m not sure why she’s a manager when she can’t take an order correctly. Everything I asked her NOT (NO TOMATOES AND ONIONS)to put on my sandwich was on there. I also requested for it to be cut in half. I will not go back to this particular one and I advise everyone else not to. See the photos below.
