I visit the Starbucks fairly often, and the drinks are consistently solid. The team is friendly and tries to move the line quickly, but the drive-thru microphone definitely needs attention. It cuts out or distorts orders, which leads to mistakes and delays. Overall an okay spot, but fixing that audio issue would make the experience much smoother.

The drive through worker at this starbucks was so unbelievably rude to me about using a gift card and made me cry. She swiped the gift card on the reader the wrong direction and then rudely told me it declined. When I told her I had more than enough available on the balance (I had just checked right before going) she scoffed and refused to try swiping it again. I am a former starbucks employee, so I know how the readers work as well as the level of customer service a barista should have which this employee more than lacked. I did not catch the name of the worker but she was an older caucasian woman who seemed to be either a manager or shift lead. Starbucks please prioritize teaching your employees better customer service because this interaction was ridiculous.

If have the app you can see when you get special deals thru the app and start to enjoy their offer drinks deal. Its “Free”. Friendly atmosphere, staff and always helpful if need to load your card or any questions you have. Love going here. “FREE” drink or food items on your birthday too. What a way to celebrate

I come here all the time and this place is progressively getting worse. I sat in the lobby for multiple minutes as the person told me to wait. Five minutes later totally forgot about me so I walked out and then they told me that they were waiting on me even though they told me to waitwhat garbage do better just for the record. Kim was my server or the one that always ignores customers. I guess I’ll just start using a different store. The sad thing is is this is what happened to the last Starbucks that is right down the street they just stopped caring about the customers and it’s absolutely obvious what a shame I waited a week to come back after I talked to the manager about everything now the manager avoid eye contact and so does all the employees no meet and greet just a very uncomfortable environment. If they make a mistake there will be absolutely zero accountability good luck Starbucks do better.

I usually have great experiences at Starbucks, but this visit was disappointing. After going through the drive-through and buying a latte and food, I came inside to use the restroom. When I asked for the code, the barista asked if I’d purchased anything, adding that it is company policy that customers purchase something first, which felt unnecessary and rude since I was holding my cup AND I’m very pregnant-adding to the insensitivity.
The restroom was also in a dirty, soiled condition. Then I asked her “whats the company policy for keeping the bathrooms clean” you cant be using company policy for one thing and not another, what hypocrisy.
Cleanliness and customer courtesy needs to be addressed as this isn’t the standard I expect from Starbucks of all places

Really busy place for such a small location. Not much parking outside. There is a driver thru so there’s a lot of coffee going on and out of that place. Place was nice and clean, stay was friendly and quick. What more can you ask for. It’s closer to my work so I’ll be by a lot. Will update if the snacks are any good.

So I just wanna start off by saying I am a PARTNER. The amount of disrespect was insane from the woman on DTO/window on 7/15 @1pm. She gave so much attitude and made my boyfriend and I feel so uncomfortable. Lady if you’re having a bad day, go to bar don’t take it out on your customers. 0/10 probably never coming back.
