Waffle House has good food at reasonable prices and they offer off menu items of you know to ask. An omelette with cheese, ham and onions, hash browns, toast and coffee is $11 for example. And Waffle House pays the taxes. They also have the best take out containers of any restaurant chain, so food stays hot and protected. The food is always good, the staff friendly and the atmosphere austere. Keeps the prices down. Take a counter seat and watch the cooks work their magic.

The price was right but not much else was. I got smothered and covered hash browns and biscuit and gravy. Hash browns were ok but the covered and smothered was only one slice of American cheese. Biscuit was harder than it needed to be but gravy was ok…..but a little on the too thick side. Wife got a veggie omelette. They only had mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, and jalapeno pepper. No green peppers? Seems odd. She specifically asked for no cheese and the jalapenos on the side. What she got was with cheese and no jalapenos anywhere. She got grits and by all accounts there was nothing wrong with those. She requested that they remake the omelette and they did with no questions. The worst thing about the restaurant was by far the employees – those on the clock and those just visiting to shoot some time. One waitress was jumping up and down and yelling to her friend that was not working. She acted like a ten year old. She also brought our food to us but was not the one to take the order. She set the food down at such an angle I thought the food would fall off the plates. She said nothing to us during the encounter. She was literally right next to us while she was bouncing and yelling to her friend. This also got the other workers fired up and everyone was screaming “Shut up” to each other. They were not angry but playing like kids in a class with no teacher around. I would likely never go back.

I met a good buddy of mine at this Waffle house this morning. Had the pleasure of being it’s taken care of by Dee. She haf a wonderful smile, attitude, and service was excellent !! Also the food was spot on !! Anytime I go to Waffle house, I get the same thing. The cheesy eggs, grits and raisin, toast, and a plain waffle. This location is managed well with a team that cares. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give Dee a 12 Best Day Ever !!

I love going to Waffle House with my fiancé we always have a blast and our favorite part is the juke box. Customer service is always great and so is the food. We do go at night though for a nice date night so experiences may very but we always have a blast.

This place was very nasty and dirty. I stopped to use the bathroom and get a bite. The bathroom was so nasty I preferred to go outside. I sat at the counter for 10 minutes, and no one acknowledged me. The staff had cigarettes in their hands, having personal conversations and inviting each other outside for more conversation. I was so disgusted I left. Will not make the mistake of stopping there again. This was a complete disgrace for this to happen. Management needs to let all on shift go permanently and try again first with cleaning.

You can’t beat that Saturday noon crew. Busy as they were, they got us in, feed good grub, and drinks topped up. Manager even check on us a made sure we were good. In todays fast food world, these folks working here are trying to be a great example. Excellent job you all, please keep it up.
