We have been going to the Bonefish Grill for almost a year, the first visits we had a very good waitress who knew the menu and her suggestions were awesome, from what I remember she used to be in the army. The last two times, we had a different waiter, his name is Hayden L. He placed our plates with food on top of the menu, didn’t even bother to remove the menus from the table after taking our order. This happened both times. No bread was served neither time and even though the restaurant was no busy, he took an eternity to bring our meals. My husband asked for an unsweet tea, he got it sweetened. I ordered the Pomegranate martini, he did not ask me if I wanted water or not. I ordered a Rainbow trout and it was undercooked, whereas I know this was not his fault, if I had requested it to be cooked more, probably it would have taken an eternity. I understand that starting to work somewhere requires training, but clearly someone is failing somewhere. This happened both times and our bill was around $140 each time. Not to mention that one of the times, they had a deafening kitchen fire alarm going off for nearly 30 minutes and the fire brigade had to be present, the restaurant was not considerate regarding their guests, did not offer any compensation at all for the aggravating experience. Definitely reconsidering whether we want to continue going to this restaurant, there are definitely others to explore in Lafayette.

This was our first time coming here. The atmosphere was very calm and peaceful. The food was beyond amazing! And the service was the best we have ever had. Our waiter was Jerry, we will request him every time we visit!! He was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive at just the right times! Love this place!!!

I love bonefish Grill. I noticed different locations are a little different in terms of the atmosphere. The atmosphere dislocation was very relaxed and a bit quiet. However it wasn’t to where you couldn’t comfortably converse with friends and family. Our waitress was very attentive so that that’s always a plus. The food came out in a timely manner, and it was pretty good.

Great dining experience here!! Great menu with lots of options, including a special menu. Subtle and dim lighting makes for a nice date night spot but also good for casual/family dining as well! The food came quickly and served fresh and hot! I got the signature pasta with salmon, while the salmon was cooked perfectly the pasta/sauce was sub par, felt like it was lacking in flavor.
The risotto is a must get as well as the crispy cauliflower! I would come back here for sure !

Experienced longer than acceptable wait times in between being check on by server. They no longer serve oysters even though their menu still advertises them. Drinks were good. Nail in the coffin for me was my cards being ran 11 TIMES for several different amounts leading to multiple pending charges as well as overdrafts on my account. While I didn’t expect Michelin Star service, especially at 7pm on a Saturday night, the experience we received was simply inexcusable.

Gluten free isn’t talked about enough. Our visit today was amazing have a severe intolerance to gluten Hayden went above and beyond to see that all my food was indeed gluten and free and the flourless brownie OMG delicious! Thank you to Hayden and all other staff for the amazing food and atmosphere

I got the lunch special for $15. My choice was bang bang shrimp tacos, garlic potatoes, crab and corn chowder. That’s a lot of food including a coke for $15. My potatoes and chowder was only room temp.

Went here with my family for dinner, food and atmosphere were both amazing! But the best part of the night was our server, Jerry! Incredibly friendly and helpful, not to mention patient and funny! We were all raving about how good of a Waiter he was, truly made all of our nights. Thank you Jerry!!

This place is great all the time that we visit, great service, great food and great cocktails, specially the watermelon martini that served in summer. I love that always give you different choices for cocktails. Lychee martini is very good and on Sundays serve brunch with mimosas. I definitely will back to eat eggs Benedict my favorite ❤️
