The sliders are consistently very good. I could not find the jalapeno cheese slider on the menu board but they do offer them. They were served hot and good!
The drive thru window employee was efficient but certainly was not in any way pleasant. A smile goes a long way.
The service was fast and the food was hot and definitely don’t pass up their delicious hot and crunchy onion rings. I think they are the best around.

I have went thru this drive-thru many times, but the last 2 times thru I have asked for extra or double pickles on my sliders!! The first time I was given sliders with no pickles?? The second time I was given one single smallest pickle on each of the sliders!! Not sure what has happened to the staff recently! What does it take to get extra or double pickle on the sliders!! Guess I will order extra pickles on the side, so if I get no pickles or 1 small pickle on them, then I can add to the sliders! Maybe…

First time visit to this location and it will be the last. We waited in the drive thru line for over forty minutes. The manager or male cashier was taking orders with a very rude and unprofessional attitude. As I always state within my reviews, I can always understand when businesses are experiencing pandemic issues. However, what I refuse to understand is terrible customer service. After all consumers are still supporting your business. The food was lacking the usual great taste. When my partner asked for extra napkins (they only gave us two with our entire order) we were handed just one napkin. The overall atmosphere was terrible. Just a terrible experience all across the board. If you don’t like what you do at your job- change your career.

This place was a life saver
I was soooooooo hungry and it was very late in the morning with barely anything open and we found this place
The food was good . I got some burgers and fries
The parking ️ spot was very big so you will have no problem finding a spot
We went threw the drive threw and the customer service was on par and they were very helpful and polite and I asked if there was anywhere to go to the bathroom and she told to go to the gas station ⛽️ down the roads because there bathroom was close

First visit to White Castle and it was delicious. The restaurant was clean inside and outside. Nicely decorated with White Castle pics and had a TV mounted on the wall.
The menu was easy to order from. Me and my husband ordered the sharing pack which came with 10 White Castle burgers (we added cheese), two fries, and two drinks. My son ordered two chicken sliders, fries, and drink. The burgers came in individual cartons and was very good. The buns were very soft and everything was juicey. Fries were crispy and hot.
Very fulfilling! We couldn’t finish the share pack. Enjoyed my visit!!

Love White Castle. But, you wouldn’t know it by this location. They are not in a hurry to serve you.
No one was in the place but one lady and her daughter and 5 employees. Not a single one could take my order. I waited. I waited. I waited. No one else around. I waited over 15 minutes.
I left. I was going to order 30 of the sliders. Not a big order, but obviously not worth their time. I won’t be back.
I went to CVS and bought a bunch of frozen ones. They tasted the same. Not sure if thats good or bad.

I had an amazing Valentine’s Day experience at White Castle, and I can’t wait to do it again next year. Staff served food from a menu, the lobby was decorated with streamers and balloons and everyone was made to feel very special. What a fun and wonderful time, highly recommend!

Arrived at 10:05 didn’t leave for 20 minutes In the drive thru. Service was insanely slow, I think the girl at the window was new. Asked for the #9 and got all my items rang up separately because “since we added cheese to the sliders that’s how they had to do it” $5 extra? Not happy. They need better management during late night.

Made a new visit at about 12:30 in the afternoon. Went inside because drive-thru was wrapped around the building. They were extremely short handed so I was really willing to give them a pass on any reasonable wait. A gentleman who was already there and waiting for a good bit was given his order after I received mine which just seemed wrong to me.
Cashier seemed overwhelmed. Drink machine in dining area showed it had lemonades. Had a sign even by registers that stated had 3 new flavors. However, when pressed for Minute Maid Lemonades those flavors weren’t there and rest all stated not “Not Available “. One young man, who was a cook, came to counter with food I had ordered and I asked about it. He was surprised, but took my drink cups to the Drive-Thru drink machine and filled the cups with requested flavors. He was a very nice, professional and courteous young man. Tried to be as helpful as he could by adding napkins. Straws, dips, and bagged drinks to make easy carrying.
The cashier lost them 1 star, the lacking drink machine a 2nd star, 3rd star lost due to cup lids that didn’t properly fit. In bag and out when picked up using side of cup the lids pop off. Bad when adult is drinking. Worse if it’s a child trying to drink.

The food was absolutely disgusting! I really don’t understand why these places are so popular??? The staff was amazing but the burgers were soggy and didn’t taste fresh.
