It’s a McDonald’s, so taking that into consideration the food was fresh and hot, Diet Coke was hitting like a McDonald’s Coke should. Dining room was clean even during the lunch rush. They had salt, pepper, and ketchup packets easily accessible.
This is what I would expect out of a well run fast food joint. No complaints.

Placed an online order for pickup to eat in, no problems.
Food was ok, but there was no sauce in the bag.
The older short manager proceeded to argue with me and tell me they were in the bag and I was lying. She would not give me sauce.
Thankfully another employee brought some over to me.
Highly don’t recommend this McDonald’s.

Delays have been terrible since just before Thanksgiving… Tonight was insane with the drive thru at an absolute standstill. Same goes for inside – super slowdown. Also the last time we got food here the cheeseburgers managed to have cheese on the burger but nothing else. No onions, pickles or ketchup. Service issues? Confusion with ordering? Going through the drive thru at this location is like taking a trip to the upside down. Not good.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. Missing multiple items from my order that I obviously paid for. I ordered two diet cokes. One of the drinks tasted like a mix of flat coke and sprite? The other was a bitter black iced coffee. Everything was awful.

Slow slow slow! have been waiting for over 10 minutes and the line has not moved (ordered at drive thru at 8:03 and received food at 8:28)! Ran out of CO2 for soda!?! Are you kidding me? I will be sure to travel to a different one in the future. Indoor service is closed at 8pm but advertised open until ten. Cold fires with no salt and hair in my food on top of all of that

Awful Awful Awful … ordered 2 quarter pounder with cheese and 2 drinks at 11:39am didn’t get our food until 12:15pm 36 minutes!! French fries were awful, cold. No one can answer why our food is taking so long. There were over 20 people inside waiting for food. One lady was waiting for an ice cream cone for 20 minutes!! This location has always been very slow but this is ridiculous!! Never again! … oh and usually McDonald’s coffee is very good. Mine was watered down and undrinkable

I came to get dinner around 6:30 there wasn’t a manager on the floor looked like maybe in the back the whole time touching food without gloves so I decided to get a refund like the other customers did in front of me then when I proceeded to ask for a refund she gave me the refund but with mean attitude like it was my fault. I’m definitely never coming back here again

Lady at the drive thru chose to ignore us because we needed a few seconds to look at the menu. We had to go around and go to the other speaker to get our order taken. Terrible service. And the fries were stale.

This location is one of the best as far as the food, it’s look out of the wrapper, and taste! Far superior than the location about a mile away. If you have a choice, choose this location 🙂
