I was doordashing and I had an order that said ready by 12:55 am
I pull up and he says it came in too late so they were unable to make it. It’s 12:56. I said for xyz? He ignored me
I looked up the closing time, I said you guys close at 1?
He ignored me
I waited until I was able to unassign the order, there’s a car sitting in the stalls right now.
I said, “if you guys close at 1 you can’t say you can’t make an order if it’s not 1 yet. You have to give a reason for why you can’t make it.”
Like if it’s a chicken sandwich and they’re out of chicken, that’s understandable
But the matter is they chose to stop working before the business did, they hindered another persons job, they refused service to a customer, they gave ignorant customer service, and they didn’t do the right thing by canceling the order on the tablet from their side wasting everyone’s time.

La atención es horrible y denigrante no sirven para nada Yes, I find it degrading how they treat people at that location. Yesterday I went at 11 p.m. to the drive-thru window and they refused to help me. My husband got out of the car and the employees ran to hide. They would not assist us. We waited at the window for about 25 minutes. I am going to file a complaint.

They’re open on Christmas! Such friendly, yummy food. I went at 6pm to pick up my online order! Sign said hey opened at 10am. Got the American Hotdog and the Cherry Limeade. The soda surprised me.

Worst service and rudest employees!!! Gave me a melted float after waiting 10 min for them to bring the food and when I asked for a replacement non melted float, she told me I should have gotten there faster! I was in the spot waiting on sonic for 10 min. If my kid wasn’t with me, I would have slapped that rude employee. She should be fired!

We will never be returning to this or any Sonic location ever again. I ordered through the drive-thru and ordered 4 meals equaling to almost $50. Three drive-thru vehicles and a dine-in ordered after me and left with their orders before me. I was asked to pull forward and I waited for over 20 minutes for my food. The cashier was apologetic, something about tater tots? As if no one else ordered tater tots. No refund or anything extra for my time wasted. I get home to find the food is disgusting. My chicken sandwich is less than half the size of my son’s burger, yet it is almost twice the price. The bread was hard and burned, and the chicken was rubbery. It tastes as if the sandwich was sitting there all day. The economy is horrible right now and we are very selective on where we spend our hard-earned money. Sonic will never see another dime of ours. Horrible service and even worse food.

Horrible waited 15mins for 2 drinks and tenders. Went home and pulled out one that was bitten! I called the store for a refund but because we paid through the app they can’t do anything but offered to give us more food as if that solves anything. Not to mention the young man who brought us the food was clearly on something he had to lean on my car to stand up! I don’t normally leave reviews but this is ridiculous. I will be contacting corporate. The manager tried to Justify the bite as them breaking down the tenders… I didn’t know you break down tenders with your MOUTH!

This food was absolutely disgusting. The fries and onion rings tasted like they had been fried in oil that had been reused for at least days and days. It left a bitter, rancid taste in your mouth. We couldn’t even eat it. The guy who took my order was barely audible and not friendly at all. They guy who brought us our food was actually friendly and knew good customer service.
