On 5 separate occurrences in the last 2 months the McDonalds on 31W has forgotten to give me multiple items including Mac nuggets, McChickens, McDoubles, and happy meals/items in happy meal like nuggets. If you stop there ALWAYS check your bag before leaving. This has happened on delivery, pickup, and being pulled forward in the drive through between the hours of 10am to 6pm.

For some reason they’re closed an hour early. I placed a mobile order and it will not let me cancel it because supposedly it’s being prepared, even though the store was completely empty and locked up. I was already charged too. So will be calling tomorrow to get my money back and will not be returning to this location

Ordered from the breakfast menu for me and my kids around 9:15 am and had been there till 10:30 am waiting for my food. I asked the lady at the counter since I ordered at the kiosk about my order and I was told I could not be served the food I ordered since it was lunch time. I waited since 9:15 am with my kids DURING breakfast hour and was never told a thing and still never got my food while others who came in and ordered after me got theirs.

Service was a little slow, our frappes weren’t fully made. Our visit on Sept. 15 was no better. Very slow service, had to ask manager about my order. Fries weren’t hot. Burgers and frappes passable. Coordination on front counter needs improvement.
