Today makes the second time I’ve been to this location and activated the red button and no one ever took my order. The first time I moved to different spot waited another 20 minutes before they finally come on and got my order. I almost drove off without the food because it was another 30 minutes before it come out. Today I sat there 20 minutes and nothing. I could hear people next to me saying hello into the mic cause no one took their order either. I left today after waisting over 30 minutes there. Won’t be back again

I drove around 3 times to find a stall that worked. Finally stopped a server who took my order. Order at your own risk. People here DO NOT CARE!!!

Don’t bother going around lunch time. You will wait forever. I had to hit the red button twice and was still never answered. It was around 1:00 pm and it was not even busy. This is the third or fourth time this has happened.

Probably one of the most annoying and rude drive in experiences I have had at a sonic. Most stalls packed with loud, roudy, teenagers, loitering, barefooted and barely dressed who are not ordering anything… Just taking up space for paying customers. Food was good but the ordering process was difficult because of the loud music and teenagers being so loud. The person taking our order took 3 times ordering because they couldn’t hear us over the kids (teenagers) hoping from car to car. (Way to practice social distancing guys!) Upper management definitely needs to do something about the teenagers loitering in the stalls. We counted 18 empty cars between the stalls and parking lot. Some even parked in the stalls and got in other vehicles and left. They are definitely losing money because of this. We won’t be back.

Waited 35 mins for chedder peppers and didn’t get them. I asked 3 times and I was told “they are coming” to never get them. Horrible customer service.

I love their breakfast burritos and I use their app all the time. I usually go to the one in Montgomery on Carter Hill Road, on my way to work. My boss and I were in Selma and we had to get some lunch EXTREMELY fast. He was totally impressed with their app, its ease of use, and then how quickly we got our food to go as we had to trek to Demopolis afterwards. We work for a technology company (sales) and he’s the McGyver of sales managers and very tech savvy. And of course the food was very good and fresh!

I ordered food online before showing up got their 10 minutes later for the food to be marked as done but not be. Then with only one other car in the parking lot we had to wait another 30 minutes after arriving to get my food. All I got was a 5 piece tender meal that doesn’t take 45.
