Stopped by on Tuesday around 4pm when they open with plenty of seating available. Overall, although pricey, food was very good and service was ok. The highlight of our meal was the Creamy Parmesan Polenta starter – very creamy, smooth and delicious! The house-made Capellini with Chanterelles mushrooms was well-prepared and very tasty. The scallop dish with vegetables served that day were also well-prepared and quite tasty. The Panna Cotta for dessert was very smooth and tasty. Server was not as attentive as expected, especially with so few customers to serve. Overall, we were please with our visit, and although pricey, we’ll be back.

What a find! We celebrated two birthdays here, and it couldn’t have been better. The food was delish — juicy steak, tender lamb chops, crisp fries, creamy potatoes, fresh mussels, and a bright salad to tie it all together.
We toasted with mules, a bottle of Pinot Grigio, and sparkling water — every sip and bite was spot on. Great atmosphere, attentive service, and food worth coming back for.
This new spot is definitely a keeper!

This charming spot exudes a lively ambiance, making it an ideal place to unwind with friends over drinks. The background music is minimal, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. While the service may be slow during peak hours, the customer service remains fair and attentive.

However, I must express my disappointment with their steak. It was excessively gristle-filled, which could have been an unfortunate coincidence with the particular cut I received. Nevertheless, I’m willing to give them another chance for drinks, but their steak is definitely not on my list of must-try dishes.

My husband & I had a great time at Primo. We walked-in on a Monday night with no reservation and the hostess helped us right away. We chose to sit at the bar and our server Gianni was awesome.

For dinner, we ordered the pork chop (pictured) and also the tagliatelle – both were delicious! We also were impressed with their drinks and dessert.

Highly recommend! 🙂

The service was great, the staff was perfectly attentive and we love not having to worry about the tip.

The food was a bit hit or miss. Brussels sprout and bruschetta appetizers were good. I had lamb that I asked to be medium rare. Out of 4 chops, only two had even the smallest amount of red and 2 were fully cooked through. Steak and pastas were ok per my husband, sister, and brother-in-law. For dessert the toffee pudding was way too sweet and the coconut cake was not coconut enough in my opinion.

The food was ok, but not great especially for the price.

We loved that it wasn’t super noisy in the back room where we were seated, but my sister did get distracted because she said there were a lot of flies around.

Pretty great Italian. Pasta was clearly homemade and delicious. Penna Vodka was as usual delicious. Standout this time was the burrata appetizer…a wonderful bite of food!!! Crave it and will go back for that. Penne bolognese s excellent. At first surprised by the lack of tomato base of this dish, but it was actually amazingly delicious!! Couldn’t finish close to all the food. Only complaint was the Caesar salad was way over-dressed, but a minor thing overall….just need to put about 50 percent less dressing, otherwise would be an excellent Caesar salad. Service very good.
I know people complain about the added 20 percent tip, my only critique of this is that they don’t even give the option to tip more than this, which I would have. I have to assume, that they must have problems w people not tipping this minimum.
Also hazelnut brownie sundae was pretty good

The food was amazing/delicious but I really want to highlight that our server, Naomi, was phenomenal! Her ability to connect and make people comfortable is outstanding. We were there for Valentine’s Day and the atmosphere was perfect for our night out.

Everyone’s dishes were phenomenal. I ordered the Moroccan Chicken which was cooked to perfection and served with an excellent lemon based sauce and veggies. The atmosphere had the perfect ambiance for the occasion and service that was equally amazing. The sticky toffee pudding was a perfect dessert to end the night and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested.
