Cold food, rude staff, what more could you ask for?! Add in ridiculous prices and you get yourself this 2nd rate McDonalds. Take a look at the most recent food I got from here, I spent close to $15 on this meal and THIS is what you get? crazy. That burger is DRY and those fries arent even half full. This why McDonalds is declining in popularity, you increase prices but you dont even try to stay consistent to the quality that put you on top in the first place.

Usually I dont have problem with this place. Sometimes they do make a mistake but it’s rarely so I let it go. This time I ordered an Americano and this is what I got. I called, and they did offer to remake it but its just not feasible for me to go back for it. Be careful ordering coffee from there.

Waited 20 minutes to watch bags of food get handed around different cars sticking their hands in the bag that wasn’t their order. Talk about gross and unprofessional. I don’t expect much from fast food but come on ? Never did get my order I just left.

I got two double quarter pounders, one for me and one for my husband. Three bites into my burger and a long black hair came with the bite that I still had in my mouth. (I have blonde hair by the way) I Instantly spit it out and threw the burger in the trash. When I called to let them know about the hair, I was told no one worked there with that type of hair and hung up on me. Very rude attitude. Never going back.

Zero rating. I rarely get Macdonald but for Apple pies I do. Horrible service here even at McDonald’s standards.
On 11/14/25 I Ordered 2 apple pies in the drive thru. Was told they had 3 and would put 2 in the oven. Paid and they told me it would be 3 minutes and to pull forward to wait space #2. 15 minutes and still nothing. Not even anyone coming out to explain what was going on. At 20 minutes later I was asked if I had a 20 piece nuggets. I said no, i had 2 apple pies, the girl said hmm and said ok and left and in 2 minutes returned with 2 apple pies. I don’t have patience or energy to waste on stupidity like this. People and businesses and our society doesn’t care about any standard of customer service these days.

I dont expect a lot from McDonalds, especially this location but today was a low even for a 2nd rate McDonald.
Ordered a Big Mac meal, not lettuce. They ask me to pull ahead and wait, cool no problem..special order I get it. 5 mins later they bring me a Big Mac where they scapped all the lettuce that was on it to the bottom of the box, the box they served me. They also threw away the cheese, that was obviously covered in lettuce and didnt even replace it. Food was hot, and this location is a real joke, even for McDonald’s standards.

We went through the drive through simply for ice cream. The wait was unreasonably long! We had to wait at least 20 minutes just to order.

The person working here tonight doesn’t deserve a job. My food was served cold, and I was the only customer in the store. After paying, she didn’t give me a receipt. I asked for it, and she angrily replied, “This isn’t my store.”

Semi truck review for parking … it is tight, and cars park in front of trucks making so difficult to get out… parking for maybe 7-9 trucks but difficult to get into a spot bc is tight at least on winter season w the snow accumulation was tighter.

Need to hire a whole new staff that can actually keep the drive through moving. It’s called fast food for a reason. Can go sit down at a restaurant and eat quicker.
