As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

They got my order wrong and when I took it back to get fixed they forgot I was outside waiting . The food was cold too. This place is the worst restaurant on the 85 strip all their workers are rude dumb and pathetic. I can’t wait until this worthless restaurant is out business

I went to the restaurant and spent over 15 dollars when I hear the female employee telling her male co worker not to put a lot of fries in my chicken bites and fries box. Then I watched her walk over to the fryer and take fries out of my boxes while she was laughing and saying we’re not trying to feed the world, and don’t put all those fries into the box. I was furious because why are you taking food out my box that I’ve already paid for and she didn’t say anything to me when I asked her why she was doing that and telling her don’t take fries out my box. I only stopped cause I was on that side of town but the next time I’m over that way I will not be spending anymore of my money at this location!!! What she did was wrong…dead wrong!!!

The crew on duty during my visit were awesome. They were very positive and friendly. My first time at a checkers and the number 3 combo with the fully loaded fries were phenomenal. I was even able to order a plain burger patty for the dog over all excellent experience. I would give 6 stars of I could thank you again!

Why work in a customer service field if you’re going to have an attitude when a customer asks you a simple question? I pulled up to window and the female or male(couldn’t tell) tells me what the price is…I ask him/her can they repeat the order back so I can make sure the AI system has it correctly. There’s been times when the AI system didn’t have it correctly. Why the female/male say “I don’t have time for this” and walked off. As she walked off, she start mumbling sass out her neck. You at work, do your job. A nice female came to the window and did her job. My order was still wrong…I ordered a 10pc wings combo and received 8pc…terrible service. Who wants to encounter rudeness after getting off of work?

Just no. All I ordered was monsterella stixs. I get to the window after a long line wait and the girl didn’t verify my order she just asked me to tap my card. I take my receipt and it’s a dang $30 order. I’m like wth! Thank goodness I checked, I normally take my food and drive off with no receipt. Mind you, they gave me the stixs before my receipt. So I was getting what I ordered, but being overcharged! The manager claimed she reversed it and then charged me again. I hate that double charge mess! Now, I have to keep my eye out on my transactions to make sure it falls off. Just messy. Not to mention this is the same location someone was shot in front of in the middle of the day, years ago…Google it if you don’t believe. Check your orders and over your shoulder at this location. I’m done, I will sit in Arby’s line for cheese stixs next time, at least it’s safe there.

Doordash order on July 22 going into 23. The chicken was cold. I thought the driver just took forever. Nope. Raw chicken. Im disgusted.
This was so disappointing. I had a flight delay and was using a food voucher provider for the airline. This was supposed to compensate for my delay. Now I have an upset stomach.
Doordash refunded my food payment. This is the worst. Update 30 minutes later. I threw up.

Be advised not to patronize this location. Be mindful of the denomination of bill you give them because they will deny you gave then that amount. They are stealing from the customers and the company and management is right along with them.
