Big shoutout to Chef Maria and Chef Jenny – honestly the nicest people. They’re super friendly, crack jokes, remember what you like, and somehow make you feel like a VIP even when the place is busy.
The pizzas taste crazy authentic – that chewy, slightly charred crust, toppings that actually make sense together, and flavors that hit from the first bite. The chef special is dangerous… in a “I finished the whole thing and regret nothing” kind of way.
If you love pizza and good vibes, this is the spot. If you don’t love pizza, come here anyway – they might change your mind.
We tried four pizzas: the Napolitana Margherita, Bombay Tikka Masala, El Chapo, and Bulgogi Gangnam Style. That’s also how I’d rank them, with the Margherita being the standout for me. The dough is something special, very unique and unlike any other pizza I’ve had.
If it’s your first time, I’d recommend starting with the more classic options before venturing into the more creative ones. There’s a wide variety of flavors for all kinds of tastes, and I’m already looking forward to coming back to try more.
Overall, I’d give this place an 8/10. With more visits and a few more pizzas to try, it could easily become a 10/10 in my book. Definitely worth a visit!
Must try for any pizza lover and righr off the freeway too.
Make sure you call it before to order at least 30mins… they get busy real quick.
The food and ingredients used as exceptional and the pizza is delicious, light and crispy just as a Romano style pizza should be! As well as the food I have to mention the service and the staff.
Delightful. Helpful and knowledgeable. It was a lovely team and it was a pleasure to see such a beautiful synergy between them. We were served by Phoebe, Jennifer and Brandon and they deserve a mention for all their hard work and amazing service.
The best pizza I’ve tried in a long time and I’m glad I was able to visit being a serious pizza pro I couldn’t fault it.
Would 100% recommend. Great business with great ethics.
Keep up the good work guys!
Note:
Take the advice of the website and get there right at noon. Our place an order in advance on the website, …I could see that it would get pretty crowded and since they make everything fresh 15 minutes can really stretch out if patrons start getting wishy-washy on what to order… note, the pizzas are medium size and 1 could feed 2, but with all these choices, suggest go for 2 because you’ll polish off more than you think (it’s pizza! 🙂
Mine came out first, so we started on that together.
I chose Habibe. Basically ground lamb and beef mixture with Middle Eastern spices and very few white and green onions sprinkled throughout, . The drizzle could best be described as a garlic butter or buttery yogurt.
The pizzas have a great appetizing presentation, and overall very flavorful with a tasty thin crust that held together and didn’t sag what so ever. We Easily got through half of it … stopped because we wanted to save room for the next one.
The wife chose the El Chapo, Mexican chorizo pizza. Clever, title and tagline..
We asked for less spice because I don’t do hot spice very well.
I didn’t get a picture of it. but it was a masterpiece of a pizza. I surprised myself that I ate as many slices as I did … This one was more tomato based and had a slight crushed red pepper flavor.
This pizza although also light on toppings, was huge on flavor…
So in conclusion, my only “beef” with this pizza place is they are light on the toppings… but great on flavor …
I would’ve liked to see more vegetables or meats… but what they did have on there was good Quailty…
I would say everybody should go here at least once to try it. I think you’ll go back a second time.
Update: the Napolitano Margherita pizza is good and the Moroccan pizza was delicious. It had a lot of flavor and was almost meaty, despite being vegetarian! I would highly recommend it!
