The counter person just totally ignored me. I had to yell to get service. She saw me, walked past me, without a word, and did busy work to emphasize her disdain. She made it plain that she saw me as an inconvenience.

There were crew workers, but they just shrugged when I asked if anyone was working the counter. Obviously, none of the employees want to wait on customers.

I ordered a meal. The burgers were inedible-in fact, they made me vomit. I did eat the fries, but there was no ketchup. I had to go back to the counter to get ketchup packets. Why didn’t the countervperson even ask if I wanted ketchup?

The facility was filth. The drinks were mostly empty, but the trash cans were full.

The experience was thoroughly terrible.

As I recall, I came through here a few weeks ago, and tried to use the drive-in. I couldn’t get anyone to reply, so ate elsewhere. I had forgotten about that exoerience. Obviously, the employees are driving business away, which is the best thing they could do for potential customers.

Short review:
Too slow! If you’re in a hurry, this is not the McDonald’s for you!

Long review:
In general, I try to think twice about my fast-food outings. I know it’s not the healthiest meal choice…but sometimes I compromise. By the time my brain yields to my tummy, I’m usually cranky and worn down and desperate for hot fries that are salty beyond belief. If this review resonates with you so far, be warned: this is NOT the McDonald’s for you. In sad and trying times, you want a McDonald’s that will act quickly and with care. Every other McDonald’s in the STL area has a *chance* to satisfy. This location does not. You will wait half an hour in the drive through for one large fry! Trust me, I’ve lived in the area for over a decade and have run out of chances to give this place. Every time, I say “surely this time they’ll crank out my fries” and EVERY TIME they do no such thing.

One time, a couple years ago, I stopped by for a lil treat-yo’self meal. My dad was actively dying in the hospital and I needed to cry in my car while stuffing my face with chicken nuggets. Forty five minutes later, I put down my unfinished fries because they were too cold and hard and I did the crying with just the sub-par nuggets. My dad died later that week and my poor brain is just unstable enough to still connect this lousy location’s food failure with the other sad memories of that week.

The only time I got amazing service here was in late May of 2020 when I literally rear-ended the guy in front of me (I was trying to find my wallet on the passenger floor and my foot lifted off the brake), and cried so much that the delightful, angelic woman at the window gave me my food for free (due to my wallet being at my house and not my car ). I hope that woman is doing great, wherever she is. She’s the only reason this review has two stars instead of one.

I’d say this McDonald’s has been with me through the ups and downs of life… But truly it’s only been the downs. Until I see a “changed management” sign out front, I’ll be going to other McDonald’s locations for my guilty pleasure large fry and my crying nuggets.

Visited drive thru at 9:41pm order about $25 worth of food mainly drinks. One of the items I ordered was a special request. I asked for extra onions and this is what I got. The bread burnt it’s like they took a handful of onions and just threw them at the burger. When I pay my money I expect the food to be edible and not sloppy and thrown together.

Went in for something quick with my elderly parents. The eating area was not pleasant. Food was stuck to the table we sat at. Not once while we were eating did anyone come out to clean anything.

Ordered at 6:03. Finally got my food at 6:27. No apology. 6 cars behind me got their food first. When I finally got my order my “plain” burger had onions on it. I’m pissed my time was wasted. My son was late to his swim lesson because they messed up, didn’t admit it, and didn’t try to fix it even though they kept coming to my car and asking if I was so and so order. So they knew I was waiting. We get McDonald’s before swim class every single week: why is it such a problem? Why was I not apologized to? And why wasn’t I given my money back or offered something else? It’s not the “runners” fault, but common sense…. And the triple cheeseburger I got was just thrown in the bag. As in when I lifted it out I had to physically put the burger, the buns, the pickles and the cheese back on it and make it into a burger again. I get your in a hurry but now I’m not going to even eat it.

This staff will have order in the drive through, pull around and pay, then make everyone go line up throughout the parking lot to wait for their food. Semi unbelievable I don’t understand how so many of these McDonald’s are in business.

I placed a curbside order through the app and ended up waiting far too long, only to find out when I went inside that my order hadn’t even been pulled from the printer. The staff seemed uninterested and didn’t offer an apology or any kind of compensation. When the food was finally brought to my car, the coffee lid was halfway off and there was no drink carrier for multiple beverages. I also sent an email through the app, but the only reply I got said the issue was forwarded to the store — and I’ve still heard nothing back. Very disappointing experience at the 23050 Tesson Ferry Rd, St. Louis, MO location.

Staff was extremely rude. They where cussing at both us and drive threw customers. They where dropping the f word to everyone. There was only 2 orders on screen and they too 20 minutes for us to get our food. I could see my family of 3 food sitting on the prep table for at least a good 10 minutes. When we got our food it was all cold. There trash cans where overflowing too. I asked for some mayo and the manager had an attitude with mm nothing. The female manager ignored us completely. The whole staff was on there phones. The male was also eating fries off of our tray. Drinks and cookies where also This place is so nasty. 10 out of 10 never coming back or recommend anyone to this location. I want a refund for everything.

I can’t give it a ZERO stars so here we are. Let’s start with the last time I was at this lovely establishment. The date, 1/9/24, the order a 10 piece mcnugget meal AND a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. What I RECIEVED was 2 10 piece Mcnugget meals. Called up and spoke to a woman who didn’t provide her name but gave me a code for my next order at this LOVELY establishment for 2 free meals. The code? Bubblegum254. Why am I putting that on a public site, because IT DOESNT EXIST. So let’s recap, wrong order and a fake free meal code. So now we’re here for round 2. My wife goes this time and gives the “free meals” code and is surprised to find out its wrong, but she’s at least given 1 free meal. That meal is a quarter pounder with cheese meal. It was in the bag this time but was it properly cooked. Nope. The inside was as pink as a school picnics cotton candy. I of course called again, this time asking for the woman who answers name. It’s Amanda, and she’s a manager there. Amanda emphatically told me how sorry she was and how the code my wife gave didn’t come up and how she’s had to get on her grill team MULTUPLE times today for not keeping their grill clean. She also tells me how difficult quarter pound patties are to make. Long story short, DO NOT EVER EAT HERE! THEY WILL MESS UP, GIVE YOU FAKE FREE FOOD CODES AND THEN MESS UP AGAIN. WORST MCDONALDS IN AMERICA.
