This is probably the best burger king I have to in a long time. Super friendly and great service. Kendrick was so kind and patient and took my order perfectly. The manager on duty Tenisha, at 1:20pm was super kind and had orders flowing. Most the time now you see management hiding in the back.

Unfortunately I got bacon instead of sausage. I dont like bacon… and I know most people think thats nuts, but I dont. Everyone was nice, but even the receipt says sausage. Yuck bacon

I’ve stopped by this Burger King on Hwy 96 plenty of times over the years. It’s convenient, the staff is usually friendly, and the food is about what you’d expect from BK — hot and fresh most of the time. Service can be a little slow during busy hours, but they do their best to keep things moving. The dining area and drive-thru are both clean and easy to get in and out of, which is nice. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a quick meal when you’re in the area and want something familiar.

Manager lady with dreads, ignores the customers and cannot handle a small lunch rush. Over charged me on my whopper meal Wednesday and made no effort to make it right. It took me 15 mins to get my food after being overcharged. Its not the couple of dollars that’s the problem. Its the principle…..take care of your customers because without them you wouldn’t have the job.

Went through the drive thru and was meet with the rudest lady ever, couldn’t even stop and think about what drink we wanted before she was repeating her question in a ruder and ruder tone. I must say that over the last couple of years especially in recent times in the last 6 months, this particular Burger King located on Warren Drive right off of Highway 96 in Bonaire, Georgia has improved its services. It seems like the people that work there they are truly dedicated to that job. I noticed that they wear their face mask properly. They are working hard in that store. The customer service and the friendliness of this location has dramatically changed in the last year. They have some new faces and some old faces.
They simply have improved so much that I change my original rating from a 2 up to a 4 . But tonight I have decided to change it to a 5
I won’t give out names but there is a young lady that recently started there within the last couple of months. She is very very professional. She calls you order back to you make sure she’s got it all right and I told her a couple times this is you’re doing a really good job. She was all smiles and says thank you.
She’s very polite. I was thinking to myself I hope management recognize her maybe just start working with her because that’s the kind of person you want at the Forefront of any restaurant. So because of her interaction with me in the last couple of months and the the food is properly dressed. They don’t overload it with an excessive amount of lettuce. Some stores I feel like they’re trying to get rid of what’s remaining so they don’t have to store it away so they just pile it in there on the sandwich really makes for a sloppy sandwich and I know they’re trying to do right but I have nothing like that to say about this story because they are completely doing everything that is right. So I tip my hat to Burger King in in Bonaire. I go here at least once a week and the place is always clean. They have the protection dividers between you and the cashier to protect everybody they have the really clean in there. The counters that are between the customer and the employee appears to be sanitized and cleaned. They have the sanitizer dispenser for the customers right there so I don’t know if they had a recent management changed in the last 6 months but keep it up you guys you guys are doing absolutely wonderful.
