Manager and thr entire staff IGNORING myself snd my kids. Standing in front of them for a good 25 min and we appeared to be invisible! I was patient and when I finally asked if we could be helped, she (Mia) gave me an attitude and said they were “busy”! We can check the cameras and trust me they were NOT!

Hello everyone. I want to report a serious and completely unacceptable situation at this Wendy’s. The young man who serves the fries does not wear gloves and is constantly using his phone, which is disgusting, unhygienic, and a health risk, especially for children.
What is even more concerning is that the manager does nothing about it, downplaying the issue and saying there is no problem because “he is not touching the fries with his hands.” This shows a total lack of professionalism, hygiene, and responsibility. These kinds of practices should never be allowed in any restaurant.

This location is very clean and the lines move quickly. The staff seems to always be in a good mood as well. I’ve never had any issues coming here whether it was walking in or going through the drive-thru. Outside is well kept as well. Good location to come to if you’re in the mood for Wendy’s. Keep up the good work!

Toss a quarter up in the air and make a bet either you will be missing food if it’s heads or tails the quality is no good. Multiple times had to go back and exchange my stuff. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal and when I opened it to eat it the top bun was half missing the chicken was tiny as if it was the value size chicken they game me when I wanted the normal one. The breading was soggy all around so definitely not crispy and it was ice cold. It’s terrible ruined my appetite. They can never get it right here….

EVERY TIME I COME TO THIS SPECIFIC WENDY’S LOCATION THERE IS ALWAYS A HEAVY PRESENCE OF KIDS ON BIKES LOITERING IN THE PARKING LOT, WEAVING IN AND OUT OF MOVING CARS SCREAMING OBSCENITIES, OR BLOCKING THE FRONT DOOR WITH THEIR BIKES.
