I thank god everyday that I don’t have a peanut allergy because I would be dead by now. It doesn’t matter what day or what time I ALWAYS get nuts in my shake!! All I order is a chocolate shake. How unsanitary is this restaurant to where I’m always getting nuts in my plain chocolate shake? Literally 9/10 times. You guys need to fix this before I call the health department or something. It’s not something that this braums alone is responsible for either. It’s all three in Joplin. Am I to believe health and safety isn’t being taught or carried out throughout the day across the board? So disappointing and dangerous. I’m serious about reporting this too just let me finish my work week.

I ended up having to throw away over half an order of biscuits and gravy today. I was hoping the gravy would help them soften up or make them soggy to make it easier to cut or eat but unfortunately it didn’t help. It’s a pretty dirty place, the grime is thickened up, there are fries on the floor from the night before, and the amount of flies along with the trash smell is a bit overwhelming. It needs a deep clean and to stay clean. The employees are very sweet though.

I thought something was going on when it took much longer than a usual Braums takes to get my order out. My kid was eating a burger from a bag of burgers and said hers tasted weird. Once we looked, the burger looked like they scraped the burnt tar off the back of the grill and smeared it on the burger. So very slow service and one bad burger of five, the other 4 being burnt but not as disgusting as the bad one. The Braums on south Rangeline or 26th and Main are much better.

Always love this Braums. Their breakfast burritos and biscuits and so good! And 5 for $7, you can’t beat that. Their 2 for $7 specials on ice cream is always a great deal because their ice cream is so good! Even their frozen yogurt.

The food was prepared quickly and the portion sizes are more than what I expected. The staff was also friendly. The only negative was the floor was a little greasy near the soda station and some of the napkins had some stains from the dispenser. Overall it’s a great place to get some lunch and ice cream.

Food was really great and I’ve always had decent experiences here before today. But today the customer service was really poor. Had to ask for ice, the guy who took my order was so quiet I couldn’t hear anything he was saying. Also when I went up to ask for ranch the lady who was at the counter did everything she could to avoid talking to me until I finally had to ask if she could please help me for a second and then she was rude because I interrupted her staring at the wall session.. I’ll have to come back another time down the road and revise my review..
