If I had a choice to pick 0 stars but it gives me no choice to pick one star. First, when we walked in, we waited nearly 5 minutes for the lady. To take our order without any other customers there and they wasn’t busy. Just standing there. And their English is not well at all. She messed up on my kids, chicken wraps twice On the family meal we ordered chicken was very dry and ice cold. Probably set for hours. Biscuits was hard like a rock. Oh And their fountain machine does not work No ice. They said their machine was down, and they could fix our own drinks, and when they do, they only 3 ice cubes Let alone the soda is very flat taste. Like water, I don’t recommend anyone to go here. We used to come here a lot. It was very good. It most likely has a lot to do with the staff. Very rude service. Let alone, they don’t understand what you’re saying. How can you hire employees? In the United States of America, that doesn’t speak English

I guess nothing lasts forever. The last 2 times we went here they messed up our order. They are also not so friendly when asked to fix the problem. One time we went and ordered the honey lemon pepper wings and we got home, they gave us bbq wings. They didn’t answer the phone that evening. We called multiple times. So we tried again in the morning. The girl said ok you have to bring your receipt and the BBQ wings back and we will replace them. I was like this was last night. We no longer have them. We took a picture with the date and time to show you we got the wrong thing. If they mess up it’s a hassle to get the issue corrected. If you go make sure you check everything before you pull off even if it holds up the line cause it is a hassle to correct

Ordered a 12 piece meal that shows $29.99 on the menu when I approached the window they wanted 39.99 told the person at the window it shows $29.99he says that’s how the owner scams people. Reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. False advertisement.

This is the worst popeyes I’ve ever been to. The woman that’s a manager has a horrible attitude. They have off AND on days where chicken will be cold but sides will be hot. It’s really annoying yet disappointing especially when you use your hard earned money to get a meal. Quality is not good nor is professionalism. This location requires additional support from HR/corporate.

WITH OUT A DOUBT THE BEST SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!!! Seriously!!! You need to try it. The bun is toasted a couple pickles on it and a spicy sauce and the biggest boneless chicken breast ever. Wow !! So juicy!
The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly and courteous even during a rather large lunch rush. The on duty manager was great!!! She was assisting all the stations and bouncing around making it all flow. I’m definitely coming back!!!

This place was seriously disappointing because it felt dirty from the moment I walked in. The tables looked like they hadn’t been properly wiped down, the floors were messy, and the overall vibe was more “neglected” than welcoming. It’s hard to enjoy food when you’re questioning basic cleanliness and sanitation. Regardless of how busy it is, a restaurant has to keep the dining area clean—this is the bare minimum. I left feeling grossed out and frustrated, and I won’t be coming back unless they make major improvements.

Really quiet for the middle of the day. Each meal was approximately $15 for three chicken tenders, macaroni, mashed potatoes, and a biscuit, which is fair but somewhat harsh in my opinion. The chicken looked strange to me, as if it were breaded with oats, but that may just be my limited experience with fried chicken. The macaroni was a bit bland and very hot. The mashed potatoes weren’t what I was expecting and tasted strange. Overall, the food was alright but simply not how I like it, but the experience was fine.

Placed an online order and picked up at 159th street in Tinley Park. I got home opened the bag and discovered fries that were damp and greasy. The 5 pieces of chicken were soggy with some type of brown matter under the skin and it smelled as though it was fried in old grease. Needless to say, I drove 7 miles to take it back. Lesson learned, If you pull up for fast food during peak time and the restaurant is empty, KEEP DRIVING! The locals are aware. DO NOT BUY FOOD AT POPEYES ON 159th in Tinley Park.
