This is an excellent Panera. Visited on. Thursday morning. Location was easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking . Placed my order on the kiosk and found a nice quiet table until I got the ready text. Food was 100% right and hot. Great location with great food.

I’ve never been in a Panera, and this one was close (Lincoln heights) to where I was heading. I stopped in because the elderly person I have been watching wanted some homemade chicken noodle soup. So, I ordered a bowl.
There are a couple of kiosk places to order before reaching the counter, or, just do as I did and order at the counter. The staff was very professional, customer service oriented, and courteous. Although, this being my first time I wish they cashier had advised there was a pickup window.
Thus, I waited around, and finally noticed a pickup cabinet, and farther along an order pickup window. Low and behold, there was my order. I thought it was kind of odd that the name or order number was not being called out, but then again it was quiet in the restaurant. There were good smells, and people eating. I would imagine they all were having a good time.
I’m sure I’ll return sometime to try the food, but that wasn’t the goal on this visit.

Used to be one of my favorite spots, but not anymore. Portions got way smaller, they stopped giving real water cups, tables are sticky, floors are dirty, and even the butter is hidden now. Wi-Fi is not working. This Panera completely lost its charm not the place it used to be.

Trace and Cassie are AMAZING! My husband was in the hospital all day today and I ordered Uber Eats for the two of us and our kiddo to make life easier – but half the order was missing. I called, and Cassie and Trace pulled it together to not only get the food delivered to us quickly but with kindness and thoughtfulness on their part. Most restaurants treat it as not their problem if its through Uber Eats, but these guys went above and beyond. On days like today, people like you make such a big difference. Merry Christmas to you both, and thank you so much!!!

And why is my little cup of tomato basil soup only 1/4 full???
It looked like you filled it and the poured it back out .
My roommate says hers is exactly the same.

We came here for my daughter’s birthday, I love the bread bowls but they are always gone when we order.

Visited at 6 on a Sunday. The majority of the empty tables weren’t bussed, and there was a huge mess under most of them. The booth we sat in had a broken seat that sloped towards the floor. Customer service at this location has always been so-so in my opinion. And I use them regularly for catering. Lately, it’s been good, but they can be inconsistent in arriving on time and with the entire order. Overall, I come back for the food but not the experience.

Fast, quality breakfast at a reasonable price. The lady taking our order was nice and very knowledgeable. The bagel with sausage, egg and cheese was quite large and very tasty. It was in a good area of town as well.

These folk clearly don’t like their jobs. Ask for to go, and they clearly don’t listen. Ask for a lid for my drink, they’re out and have a dirty drink station. The girl looks me dead in my eye, ask me if I ordered a dessert, I confirm. And she bags up the rest of my food, failing to put in the dessert she just asked me about……chiiiiiiiile

Person who took our order was friendly and professional but when they had to fix an issue with the promo they needed a manager who wasn’t around and couldn’t be found. We just paid the full price as we were tired of waiting but then couldn’t find any clean tables. Just ended up wiping one down myself. Disappointing.
