When I asked if my cup was in fact a Medium. I was told YES and with no explanation or even a fine How do ya do! So apparently McDonald’s can magically make a small cup become a medium cup by simply changing the contents. I was today years OLD.

The food was fresh and hot. However it would be nice to get mustard, ketchup and pickles on the cheeseburgers next time. The Caramel frappe was made perfectly. This was the first time in the last 3 visits that the machine was working.

I came on the inside with me and my two kids. We waited 20+ minutes for our food! Was not acknowledged at all while standing up front, crew and management completely disregarding me standing there while multiple orders were being handed out in drive thru as well as front! But I do appreciate The new Store Manger whose name is Shelia I believe, sorry not too good with names! But she apologized for the inconvenience and offered to make it better the next visit!

I’ve had many times I’ve came to this location and my order was wrong. Humans make mistakes I know, but they seem very defensive about it when I come back in to get it corrected. I went back in the week because I was giving the wrong sandwich, I get back home and guess what it was still the wrong sandwich. I called corporate for the mistreatment and nobody has called back. I’ll just Go somewhere else for now on!!

Some of the rudest people to work in the drive thru. Instead of being greeted, I was told to go ahead with my order.. very rudely! Then I gave her a code and she yelled what kind of happy meal… I said never mind. Have a nice night rude person… but the car behind me used the code because I still lost my points. Smh. Some people should NOT work in fast food!

Isn’t the first time going to this place having issues but this is the worst one yet.

(I get it’s McDonald’s and not a gourmet restaurant but work ethic is slacking hard from management all the way down to staff).

Placed my order, paid and had to wait an extremely long time due to our order being handed to the customer ahead of us (the employee blamed the customer that they got the wrong order and left and not the fact he handed them the wrong order). He also handed us a bag of food that wasn’t ours and took it back. While waiting 10mins extra at the pickup spaces outside a employee came outside and handed us the happy meal but not our drinks (supposed to be 2 large drinks as well). She said what else did we need and I told her the 2 large drinks. She starts to walk inside slowly and we had to wait another 5 minutes for another employee that was bringing food out for some else to ask us what did we need as well.( He deserves a raise cause he was bringing us our drinks when I went inside) Eventually she comes outside and only hands me 1 drink and asked what the other one was. I had enough at this point and walked inside and called out a manager immediately to explain the situation and the manager just looked at me dumbfounded and stunned and lost looking around for answers. She wasn’t leading the team the team was leading her tonight of this review. So ultimately this place has steadily gone down hill and hope it can do better next time! (Sorry for the inconvenience isn’t an excuse anymore we’re all adults and know what we need to do on a daily basis and if you’re life is that tough then leave the job and recollect yourselves. I challenge your company to hire me And within the first day or two I’d have your employees heads spinning from work ethic they wouldn’t know what to do).

I received half the order after a 25 minute drive the manager had a problem with correcting the order and making everything fresh! Management needs CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ASAP!!!
