Drive thru Employee forgot to give me my change so I had to drive back around and remind him. Then gave me an attitude and said” that’s crazy” What’s crazy is that he couldn’t do his job right the first time. Food was terrible. Shorted on everything. Ordered a 10 piece nuggets and only got 8. Nacho fries were a cold wet block and had about 5 full chips for my dip. Worst fast food experience I’ve had and recommend if you want Taco Bell not to go to this location.

Great place if you’re vegetarian or hate meat. You will get but the essence of beef in anything you order. Truly the la croix of the taco world, so if you’re looking to carbo load and fill up on iceberg lettuce and tomatoes I’d recommend this Taco Bell.

I am not sure why the end of food on South Westnedge/Edison neighborhood is terrible. This is the last stop for food, or gas, before the hospital if you come off the highway. They were not friendly and the food was terrible. My chips tasted like cinnamon, and they forgot food. I just assumed that management would understand that there is only a few places to eat around the hospital. One of the main hospitals in Kalamazoo is in the Edison neighborhood, and there is no easy food outside of South Westnedge… yet… they feel burdened about doing the job they applied for. Either way, be mindful and prepare ahead of time.

I loved taco bell as a kid my favorite was the steak quesdilla, I got one for the first time in a long time and I don’t think it’s worth 7 dollars but it was still pretty good….the nacho cheese doritos chulpa was pretty good also

Taco Bell on North part of westnedge in Kalamazoo last night was absolutely horrible! The rude manager didn’t put ice in our pop first like umm really then I asked for ice and he was like yeah I guess. I ordered a $9 Luxe box which comes with 2 dipping burritos a chalupa supreme and a 5 layer burrito cinnamon twist and a drink. when I received my food I got 1 dipping burrito and a taco. Nothing else. The lobby was closed and there was a long line in the Drive-Thru so a friend in the car got out and walked to the window and they were not going to make the rest of the order mind you the receipt specifically said exactly what was supposed to be in the order instead they laughed about it and then finally made the rest of the order still missing the 5 layer burrito but gave us two cinnamon twists. I’m not normally one to complain but the manager is there to make sure the jobs done correctly and help with customer complaints this young immature manager needs to be fired because he did a terrible job I’ll never go back there!

Taco Bell’s can be hit or miss, but this specific location has always done a really good job with their food. It is always the closest to the advertised look out of all of the Taco Bell’s that are around this location. All of the food here is great, but if you have issues eating food like this, it is probably best to avoid the beans and the nacho cheese. Otherwise, this is the best location around.

Placed an online order got the wrong drink, decided to add on an additional drink at the window paid and never received our change or receipt. Worker never apologized when we came back and instead said “that’s crazy” i would imagine he is pocketing any change he ‘forgets’ to give.

The taco bell near me in urbandale is not good, the workers wont help with the order from the kiosk, which Is completely dumb, when we where there the workers were loud and extremely obnoxious, guess that wat happens when kids are incharge

Gabriel W was very nice, professional, and had wonderful customer service. The food was amazing and this place was extremely clean. I will definitely be back, best taco Bell in town possibly in Michigan for sure.
