I’ve been here several times and the food is always cooked perfectly and tastes great. I’ve ordered several different dishes, and my favorites have been their protein bowls and their battered fish tacos which are perfectly crispy. My only real complaint is that I wish it was spicier or that they offered a hot sauce (they might, but I’ve never seen it). I will say it does get a bit expensive, but I’m willing to pay for this quality and quantity of food. Also, the service has always been excellent and very helpful.

Let me start off by saying I walked in and I didn’t know much about the place because I had just seen it every day driving by. I knew it was going to be a little bit of a hassle so I make sure to tip because I have a shellfish allergy. When I asked the host to inform the cooks, he was very nice about it. The chef however, was not. He literally gave me a dirty look and asked the host if he was serious. When I did get my food, I asked a item to be removed off of it (I got fish tacos asked for the pickled onions to be removed). Unfortunately, we had to pull them off. After I left this place, I puked my guts out; I don’t know if it was the food. I don’t know if it was my allergy, but it was bad. If I could get my money back, I 100% would.

As a Brit, I’ve been trying fish and chips in the USA for the past 25 years and this is probably the best I’ve had in all that time. The batter is super crispy and there’s some scratchings mixed with the fries. Although it looks like they have other amazing items on the menu, I’d highly trying their fish and chips

Placed my ToGo ordered through the Kiosk and waited almost 15 minutes. Didn’t mind the wait till I witnessed my food resting on the counter and the person handling the register using the top of my container as a fan. I was actually shocked on the lack of care of Sanitation or concern when it comes to hygiene when handling my food.
I walked up and was about to say something but the person who was packing my food left. I asked another attendant that I would like another Container Top. The person stood there and looked at me like I was asking for something unreasonable. Maybe I should have kept the other container top so I can post her fingerprints on the clear plastic top.
I have eaten at the Costa Mesa location many times and have enjoyed the food and service. Perhaps these are franchises and that only this location should be avoided…

Had never been here and the server explained how to select our proteins and everything on their menu. He was very friendly. The food was very good, presented in a “hurry up and eat me because I am delicious and you need to taste me now!”, Colorful bowl/plate.
